I had a long week and was looking forward to a decent night's sleep. The group that checked in to the room next door to me were loud and rowdy until the wee hours of the morning. They were yelling, laughing, talking very loudly, kids running up and down the halls. When I called the front desk a number of times, nobody answered. In fact, none of the marked buttons on the phone for guest services, reservations, room service, etc, worked. I got up and tried calling an 800 number I was given to combine my two Hilton Honors accounts and it was outside of business hours. I had no sleep that night and paid $300 for my room. Needless to say, I was very disappointed at my stay at this Hilton and will think twice about booking with them again. The staff were very professional and friendly, which I appreciated very much. However, sleep is really important to me and the fact that I could not reach staff when I needed their help was enormously frustrating.
