Hotel room stay was good and comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite room with jaccuzzi but didnt had time to use due to tight schedule. Breakfast was good as well.

I had a king suite. It was lovely, large, well kept.
It was equipped with kitchenette, living room, office desk, jacuzzi.

They gave other people our personal info as to what room we were in for one, and the people came to our doorand started telling at us, had to push the doir closed and call fro t desk. Our jet tub in the room didnt work so we had to move at 10pm to another room to get what we booked and into a smaller room.

Staff treated us like absolute garbage. Super rude and unhelpful. After driving five hours on the highway, they made it incredibly hard to even get the room that I had already been charged for. Avoid this place like the plague. This is in addition to this being our families main hotel that we’ve used for 15 years.

Newish property well maintained. And comfortable.
Breakfast buffet was also very good. Have been to other HI express that only go through motions of breakfast but this one kept the hot food hot and refreshed and other foods and coffed well replenished and space was continually well tidied
Only somewhat megative was we were there for 8 days and asked to housekiping in regular basis... i am ok with not having bed linens changed but would have been nice to have had tje floor vaccumed occasionally and the cups replenished regularily
But is a great property and will ne back

The place is a bit far from all of Vancouver and Richmond areas. Its a good 25-30mins. The town is port town, has local Walmart near by, banks, a pub, late night diner and other amenities. But if you're an out of towner adventure seeker, I'd suggest staying closer to Vancouver downtown or Richmond. The drive each way takes a toll on you after your long days of adventure seeking in a new town.

Very good. Included breakfast was excellent - you can find something to eat for sure. Clean rooms. Bed was soft for me but others may like. Would stay here again.
