Geçen yıl 1 kere gelmiştik, konumundan ve huzurlu olması sebebiyle bu sene tekrar geldik, bu sene fiyata kahvaltı da dahil edilmiş, kahvaltı görece güzel. Odaların temizliği fena değil, 133 no’lu odada klimadan Bir ses geliyor ki uyumak mümkün değil.. plaj kısmında temizlik aşırı zayıf, şezlonglar baya pis..çöp atmak için kutu arayıp duruyosunuz, denizden çıktığınızda duş alınacak yer olmalı, bütün kumumuzla odaya gitmek zorunda kalıyoruz..umarım bir çözüm bulunur

Evet bu benim 3 üncü hotel 3 günde Bodrumda, resepsiyon ve housekeeping elamanlari gerçekten çok iyilerler onlara 5 den 10 ama plaja bakan gorsunmu barmenmi yada neyseler tam bir ukala ve tehtit ediciler 😡 barın on kısmında plaja doğru oturmuş 2 iki sohbet edemiyoruz iğrenç bir musik tabi rica ettim sesin kismasi için bana cevabi kismiyoruz bu bu bizim konsept dedi bak dedim genç kanın kayniyor olabilir ama seni burada müşterine bakarsan hepsi 45 den 80 yaş arasi kisirmisin dedim tabi yapmadılar sonra iki eleamn barin içinde ters ters bakışlar ve tehtit edici bakışlar 😡 tabi sonra 2 burger söyledim kaç gram ne ile servis ediyosun diye sordum kötü bir Türkçe ile ben bilmem usta bilir cevabi tabi burger geldi yaninda iğrenç iki sos biri sweet chilli hazır alınmış sos diğeri ise oster souce sordum bu soslar ne diye cevap söylemiyoruz bu bizim özel sosumuz tamam güzelde ne var bu içinde, süt ürünleri, gluten, deniz ürünleri? Gorson bana çıkıştı sen niye bana böyle davranıyorsun diye ve üzerime yürüdü tabi çocuk bi git kendine gel 20 dakika sonra gittim bara özür diledim kalibini kırdıysam dedim ve bu mala anlattım niye sorduğumu çünkü deniz ürünlerine karşı alerjim var ve sen bu bilgiyi vermek zorundasin ve ana yalan söylüyorsun özel sos diye ,ama sen çok iyi laf yapıyorsun dedi neyse olay burada kapandı ama b gibi elamalri bu gibi yerlerde yerleştirmek çok kötü 😡

Öncelikle Otelin konumu ve en önemlisi plajı inanılmaz iyi. Tertemiz bir deniz kalabalık olmayan sakin bir otel plajı ve ücretsiz 🥳. Çalışanlar oldukça ilgili ve çoğunluğu güler yüzlü temizlik işleri ile ilgilenen teyze biraz bıkmış hayatından :). Kahvaltı inanılmaz güzel ve herşey çok taze. Yalnızca otel biraz eskimiş ve artık biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Konum olarak dolmuş duraklarına 100 mt ötede ve bodrumun her yerine minibüsle gidebilirsiniz. Ama otel sahibinin hızlı ve çözüm odaklı olması. Her konuna anlayışlı olması bu oteli tercih etmeniz için en önemli neden.

Lokasyon olarak mükemmel. Fakat hizmet kötü. Oda da bulunan klimanın kumandası için “ 1 Euro hatta 1 sterlin” diyerek 30 tl istediler. Sonradan itiraz edince yanlış oldu deyip düzelttiler. Harici memnundu.

İş için bodruma gitmişken tek gece konakladık. Ancak beğendik herşeyiyle yeterli sezonda da haftasonu değerlendirilecek bir yer.

visited mid June- lovely hotel, room large with good bathroom. cleaned, with bed change and fresh towels every other day by the lovely maids. Pool area lovely with lots of shade. music could be a bit loud at times and ordering food, drinks at the bar could be a problem as couldn’t be heard. Breakfast is Turkish breakfast. Food ordered from the menu was lovely & worth the money. went to the Turkish night and the food was amazing. Tony is amazing and runs around doing everything definitely a big asset to the hotel as often things got mixed up when he wasn’t there as the boys don’t speak great English and with the music at the bar often got the wrong drinks order. A Guest used foul language & kicked off at the Turkish night in front of children & other guests for not been served quickly enough & the young lads not speaking English!! Tony handled it very professionally. some people need to remember there a guest in there country. There language was bad around the pool & children where precent but didn’t reflect on the hotel. Had a great stay and would definitely go back.

Great few days away staying here. Room was great and the cleaning staff were very friendly. Pool looked great but I didn't go in as my skin reacts badly to Chlorine and the Sun🙄😒 so I went to the quiet location on the beach which is a few steps away from the hotel restaurant area and swam in the sea😁. Great views too. Delicious food🥗🥪🌮🍗🍟 Tony was great and he was always asking if I was ok or needed anything. Always goes the extra mile. The Hotel was very modern and clean. The complex was beautiful and clean. Enjoyable and relaxing place to stay and it was 33c to 35c🌞🏖 so happy days. It was great not having to pay for sunbeds and parasols as well but watch out ( i lost count of the amount of times I banged my head on the screwed down parasols as the are to low, so be careful). Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is less than a 3minute walk to the town where there are shops, restaurants and access to cash macines. I would definately stay again.

Fantastic holiday fantastic people, rooms great, pool great, quiet location on the beach. Great home cooked food. Drinks were a little pricey but your on holiday so happy to pay a little more. Big shout out to Tony and his team for fantastic service all holiday. Only downside was an appalling attack of foul and abusive language from an English woman on the hotel staff which was also witnessed by our 5 year old granddaughter. It didn't spoil our holiday, however everyone else was really friendly so no other issues.

Had a lovely holiday. Stayed self catering and although basic the room was fine, cleaner's were great. Location is lovely and the pool area and beach are very chilled. Tony/Hussain is a god send to the hotel and without him the hotel would really struggle. Lots of British guests but hardly any staff speak English. Very difficult to order food and drink and communicate when he's not there. Lots of wrong and missing orders. Went to the barbecue night, poor Tony was running about trying to make sure everyone was OK. Management/owners please listen.... he needs some help. I'm sure then that the hotel would really improve.

Ideal location and fabulous sea view rooms if available. The bar staff were very nice and did everything they were asked. However rooms were not great, poor furniture, beds like concrete and showers that had no hot water for several days and fittings held together by 1 screw. Prices in Gumbet resort have shot up so Turkey isn’t now a cheap holiday

This is a wee gem rooms big could do with a little update like paint ect. Room was clean maids in every day . The staff here are excellent couldn’t do enough for you must mention Tony he goes above and beyond his duties to make your stay perfect. Food good.i will return to this wee gem

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would definitely return. Pros: Amazing location Lovely grounds. Nice beach area. Great food. 5 star service Helpful staff. Cons: Beds a little hard for my liking Apartment - Not many plug sockets. Only 1 plug socket in the kitchen area which the fridge was plugged into. So needed to unplug the fridge to boil the kettle. The fridge or freezer wasn't very cold. Shower was temperamental going from boiling hot to freezing cold. The walk along the beach is very uneven (not the hotels fault) and poorly lit. I did travel very early in the season so perhaps the beach will be better lit when the hotels and bars on the beach fill up. Although I have written a fair few 'cons' this didn't really impact the enjoyment of my holiday as the location, grounds and service more than made up for the "issues" in the apartment. The apartment had 3 single beds, one in the lounge area and 2 in the bedroom. The bedroom had a large wardrobe with plenty of storage and hangers and a safe that you need to pay to hire (pretty standard) I don't know how much this cost as I didn't use it. Warmer blankets in the wardrobe also. The air con unit is only in the bedroom and costs £3 a day. I didn't use this either as there was always a nice cool breeze. Might be needed in the warmer months. Shower, toilet and wash basin in the bathroom. (no flushing of toilet paper) There was a few small bars of soap provided and few small bottles of shampoo also. See 'cons' about water temperature. Lounge/kitchen A single bed. Sofa and tv and a dining table. Kitchen appliances - 2 ring electric hob (mine had seen better days) a kettle, a microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment (didn't get very cold) I didn't cook in the apartment but there seemed to be sufficient crockery and cutlery. 'Average' size balcony with table and 3 chairs. I had a partial sea/pool view. Smoking allowed on the balcony. Reception staff were friendly and helpful enough and always had a smile for you. Communication was a slight issue at Reception as they spoke broken English. But we are in their country after all! Use Google translate if their is an issue. I want to give 'Tony' a huge shout out who works the bars and restaurant. Such a huge asset to this hotel! As a solo traveller he made me feel instantly welcome and couldn't do enough for me! Remembered my name from the get- go, greeted me everyday with a handshake, remembered what I drank, brought me a cushion for my sunbed.....literally waited on me hand and foot. So, Tony if you read this....Thank you sooooo much! complete legend! There are seating areas and sunbeds scattered around the grounds. A lovely al fresco seating/dining area by the beach with lovely views over the bay. Also a beach bar with plenty of seating and a ***** of sand with sunbeds next to the waters edge. The "beach" isn't that great. Its quite rocky but the waters crystal clear. And the views are to die for! Bitez is worth a visit. Be

We arrived just pre season. Very quiet, but that didn't bother us. Our room had everything you'd expect, with housekeeping every day. Breakfast is Turkish buffet style with masses of choice. Warm and cold food. Close to the beach and a 10 minute walk into the centre of town, which was still opening up as we were there. Small supermarket across the road, and a bigger one 10 min walk away. Bus (dolmus) stops at the end of the road, so easy to get to Bodrum (& cheap at only 54p each one way!!) Staff friendly and helpful. Good service. Not 5* but then we didn't pay 5* money yo stay. A great deal. Would recommend
