For they price we paid it was disappointing. Perhaps in its glory days it would have been worth it, but not in the condition it is currently.

The room service was impeccable. Ive stayed at 5 star gourmet resorts that wasnt as good as this.

The house keeping ladies started knocking door to door at 7:00am asking if guests needed cleaning, Pls ask them to start later

It was all we expected and more. The staff was very helpful, the facilities are well maintained and spacious.

The hotel is in need of some TLC and ipdating. The decor is getting a bit tired. That said, the staff are wonderful and the amenities excellent.

We have stayed on this property many times wonderful rooms good restaurants and comfy bed. This time the bed was wrapped in a shower curtain plastic so noisy and uncomfortable. I called housekeeping and they got very stern and said this is from management to protect our mattresses. This is Not luxury linens or bedding stay somewhere else for that kind of money because the noise will keep you up of the plastic crinkling.

Very classy. Property was well maintained. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

We went primarily to take our kids swimming and the indoor pool was closed, and the executive lounge offered no snacks. From the looks, the pool probably hasn’t been working for a while.

We booked two rooms for a family trip and we were very disappointed – this hotel has seen its better days already. The entire resort is badly in need of some sprucing up. It was definitely understaffed and things were closed and/or in poor shape. Our room was underwhelming – there was a food container left in the fridge, the sheets smelled sour, and the carpet felt sticky. Our family booked an 'executive suite' that was supposed to be slightly larger for their family of four, but it was a room of the same size with a pull-out sofa instead of the two chairs and a table that were in our room (so they paid more for the same amount of space). Our rooms also faced their wedding event tent, which meant that we had to listen to the reception until late in the evening (why did they put us on that side instead of the wedding guests?). And overall we didn't find the staff at the front desk or the bar of the restaurant to be very nice or helpful.
