瑞瑪雅酒店(Hotel Ramaya)

I visited gwalior for official work..and i booked first time this hotel..being i heard that budget hotels in gwalior are not good and even last year i also exprienced that however, hotel ramaya was beyond my expectation. While staying in hotel always prefennce is on cleanilness and hotel ramaya rooms and were properly neat and clean. Hotel staff was very courteous. Breakfast was very tasty and good. If i vsit next time in gwalior i will give preference to this hotel. The only thing i want to advice, they should provide flexible tariff/budget friendly for frequent office travellers. Thanks. Reception team and facilities are very poor. Room's are not clean. Chair's poor than tent house.

The location is easily accessible. Front office staff very cordial. Toiletries abundant. Hot water supply is not an issue. Restaurant gives food of appreciable quality. The only downside is the size of the room. Whereas in the website it is noted to be 25 sq. Mtrs, it cannot be more than 150 to 160 sq. Ft. Accommodates only 2 chairs besides the king size bed. Not spacious enough to accommodate a table on which one can have coffee or snacks. Considering this, the amount charged for the room is more but, the overall experience is nice as the staff are accommodative and helpful.

Location is good. Food is excellent. Service is excellent. Mr. Ranjith is very good front desk manager and very helpful. Staff is also very good and helpful. Not happy with makemytrip as they charged extra than hotel and did not provide us the breakfast also.

At this price, ramaya hotel is a good option to stay in gwalior. Food variety was also nice. Just need to work on few basic points like wifi, charging points. Staff was really courteous and helpful.

Being the first time in gwalior, i was skeptical about the hotel but finally zeroed in on ramaya hotel. Everything from scratch was too good. Their hospitality from my arrival till my leaving is commendable. They even upgraded my room to a suite due to some technical issue in the room that i initially booked. The location of the hotel is a plus. My suite was quite good and spacious with all amenities. Overall, the hotel is excellent and offers tasty food as well. My stay was very comfortable, and i would love to be their guest again.
