我們生命中最好的時光:) 酒店很漂亮,服務也很棒,每個工作人員都希望你有一個很棒的體驗。我們有一個帶私人游泳池的房間,我們還在酒店的餐廳吃了燭光晚餐,還有漂浮早餐。我們添加了點綴的游泳池漂浮(一個巨大的火烈鳥)。如果你想真正對待自己,我會建議訂購它們,儘管有額外的成本。 對我們來說是一次很棒的體驗,我們幾乎沒走出房間。自助早餐在我們的預訂中包含,也很棒,優質的食材和烹飪。 酒店的工作人員非常有求必應,幫我計劃晚餐預訂和我訂購的額外食物。 希望再次回來 :)

我的評分是10分中的10分。食物非常非常好吃和新鮮,房間很乾淨,工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。酒店設施真的很棒,海灘旁邊的幾個游泳池沿着海岸很長。每天晚上在酒吧同時進行兩次活動,一次在圓形劇場。我們絕對推薦入住。

訂了標準平級房,結果是個災難:迷你吧的冰箱嗡嗡響,一個人幾乎睡不着,房間前面的路直接響亮的車輛經過,牀不舒服)- 第一晚睡不到4個小時。然後被賦予了選擇搬到另一個標準間,沒有大聲的道路,但出於任何原因,冰箱也有同樣的問題。再次抱怨後升級到更好的房間,這是不錯的(牀儘管如此不是舒適)。4晚中損失了2個,房間很糟糕。 總體來說不能推薦酒店。如果你想入住,請確保只預訂更高類別 - 標準房絕對不能接受 - 據說是5*酒店的恥辱。 其他負面方面:早餐只有okish,食物和餐廳非常非常平庸,價格真正上漲和令人憤慨的葡萄酒定價(60歐元零售葡萄酒售價370歐元..)沒有體面的可飲用的廉價葡萄酒 正面:非常好的海灘,海灘服務好,漂亮的/酷的室內設計。

工作人員非常友好,度假村很棒。工作人員組織了生日蛋糕,裏面有蠟燭和一封信給我妹妹,但沒有事先知道生日。我們爲她的生日要求了晚餐建議,然後回來找生日蛋糕和卡片。很棒的食物和餐館,游泳池和海灘周圍有充足的日光浴牀,可以曬黑。 我們航班晚點,所以工作人員從房間收集行李並安全存放,使我們能夠繼續使用度假村設施。還可以在出發休息室淋浴和清新,然後前往機場。 總體來說很棒的體驗,肯定會回去的。

喜歡阿克提宮的一切(房間,工作人員,食物,清潔),除了日光浴牀。 它們太低,很難上下,非常不舒服(沒有墊子和金屬框架使它非常困難,躺上去,任何時間)。

Great place for families with children. The hotel, amenities, food and rooms were amazing. We would have given 5 stars for service as all staff were really lovely, but getting the al la carte restaurant booked for our 8 family members took some time and there was a couple push backs from staff. Although, they did eventually fit us in, which was well worth going. Food excellent in the Italian restaurant.

Positives: We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party. Negatives: While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality. Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out. We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.
