"Stayed 11 nights in July and checked in late but wasn’t too impressed to start with but things improved and we were pleasantly surprised in the end. Our air con wasn’t switched on for our first night after paying on check in. Reception sorted it the next morning, air con was ok but the front cover fell off and hit my husband so he fixed it back on and we moved his bed away and laughed it off :-) We booked ‘superior’ but the only great thing about our room was the sea view and we were lucky we didn’t have any birds nests on our balcony :-) We booked half board, didn’t bother with breakfast as we knew it was only continental but used the snack bar mid morning which was reasonably priced and the food was great. We ate out at night a few times but as with other ‘newbies’ we were confused about the half board arrangement. Expected a buffet but it turned out much better :-) there was a half board set menu to choose from (2pm to 7pm), everything was cooked fresh and was lovely but also they have a ‘full menu’ to choose from which had more choice and they reduced the price by €12 per person which was great. I just feel that all this should have been explained on check in. We stayed by the pool most days and always found beds after 10am no problem. We used the pool most days, bit cold on entry but fine once you were in :-) The staff were all lovely, although the man on reception on our evening check in could have been a bit more helpful and jolly :-) The pool bar was the best part of our stay, had a really good laugh with the barman (George I think) he was the best and I can’t wait to return in September to carry on the banter :-) we’ve booked Half Board again due to the food being really good (big portions) although there are plenty of lovely places to eat out we found a good half board deal with Love Holidays so we booked it quick lol I love the whole feel of Kardamena. I first came in 2004 and loved it when it was party central but nowadays it’s a beautiful chilled village that has everything, bars shops restaurants and the harbour and square and all the locals are so friendly, September will be our 3rd visit within a year :-) can’t wait to return in 66 days"

"From the moment we arrived late in the evening we were offered a cool drink or prosecco and were swiftly taken to our room 716 by buggy. The hotel has a very relaxed vibe and we had no trouble getting a sunbed by the pool or beach no matter what time of day. The food is of a high standard and we booked the Culinarium one evening which was delicious despite the high charge for the wine. Big shout out to these 2; Anastasia and Natasha (snack bar) such delightful members of your staff. Theo and Ingrid were very helpful as were all the staff throughout the complex. Entertainment- had some fabulous acts in the evening but would be good to have some greek dancing or guests could have the chance to participate in dancing. TUi trips to Nisyros and Island cruise were fabulous. Now the negatives - our room was let down by a poor standard of housekeeping. We only noticed as we checked out and looked under the bed and saw that the bottom of the mattress had hanging cobwebs and the floor was covered in hairs and what looked like dust and debris/dead bugs including an old sugar sachet. Under the bed clearly hadn't even been swept in quite a while. I reported this to reception who were very apologetic and took note of this. When we checked in there was no toilet paper- we had to ask reception at almost midnight for toilet paper. Also a duster with hairs was left in our room by housekeeping and we had to ask for milk for coffee and new sheets as they had stains on them. The hotel was immaculate throughout and we found this neglect of the room very disappointing. As we had a late flight we asked for a late check out and was quoted €140 with no guarantee of the room! Much better to ask for a room to use to shower than pay to keep your own room for €140 for a few hours. We would definitely return again as it really is a beautiful place with a short bus ride to Kardamena, just not to this particular room due to the poor standard of housekeeping and which wouldn't be suitable for elderly people due to the steep cobblestone walk and flights of stairs to the room."

"I stayed for four nights and was genuinely impressed. The accommodation is traditional Greek in style, but surprisingly bigger and better than many places I’ve stayed at for a similar price. The room felt spacious, comfortable, and great value overall. The location is absolutely spot‑on — right between both sides of Lambi. You’ve got the natural, quieter beaches on the west side just a short walk away, and the more modern east side with tavernas, sunbeds, and a livelier atmosphere equally close. It made exploring the area really easy and enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"Booked a standard graden room, turned out to be a catastrophe: fridge in the mini bar humming so loud one could barely sleep, road directly in front of the room with loud vehicles passing and uncomfortable bed) - slept less than 4hours first night. Then were given the option to move to another standard room which did not have a loud road but for whatever reason had same issue with the fridge. After complaining again were upgraded to better room which was nice (bed nevertheless not comfortable). Lost 2 out of 4 nights to terrible rooms. Overall cannot recommend hotel. If you want to stay make sure only to book higher categories - standard room is absolutely not acceptable - a shame for a supposedly 5* hotel. Other negative aspects: breakfast only okish, food and the restaurant very very mediocre at truly elevated prices & outrageous wine pricing (60€ retail wine sold for 370€..) with no decent drinkable cheaper wines On the positive sides: very nice beach, good service at the beach, nice/cool interior design."

"Stayed 11 nights from 17th July. We had the best time. First time self catering so experienced some great meals out in the restaurants 5 to 10 mins walk away,as is the beach which sunbeds cost 25 euros for 2 for all day. The Marianna is superb,so welcoming are the staff,anything was never too much trouble,asked for extra pillows and got straight away. The room was smaller than expected but adequate enough towels and sheets changed regularly too. Showers was good re pressure and temperature albeit a bit small of an area.maybe just have no curtain and use as wet room as there is a drain and floor was getting wet anyway. Pool area was spotless,beds new and comfy and NO the reviewer who said towels are left overnight is incorrect because pool area is gated locked at 7pm and not open until nearly 8am. There is background music but very subtle whice was nice,no tunes banging out all day long, so got a good rest poolside to read books etc, if you want more than a quiet time go club med benidorm ....this is a quiet gem of a find if thats what you need and we did and loved it.The pool and snack bar staff work tirelessly to serve gorgeous food all day and love a chat, they do appreciate it if you return your finished plates as there is usually only 2 on mainly and they work their socks off, thankyou Stella you are amazing. We met some great people staff and guests alike. We would certainly return and highly recommend."

"剛從科斯回來,我們不得不住在白人家裏,但是當我們到達了非常好人的生活,建築經理告訴我們,因爲沒有地方,我們不得不在其它建築裏住一晚,但是,PET從假期結束後的第二天就讓自己原失調,他們會在藍色的卡巴那兒住我們,這類的排名明顯高。一開始我們感到驚甚至可能有點懷疑,但如此之多的假之靈使我們積極地看着新奇...e我們有幸!!藍色,感謝她的非常細的工作人員,毫無正式的,每天都給我們了!非常乾淨的酒店,環境優雅但年輕;令人難以置信的早餐,什麼也沒留在案子裏,食物很多,鮮。另外,起飛日我們還得在11點之前離開房間,但是我們晚上晚點回來航班,所以我們整天離開房間,一個放鬆的環境,重複的差別讓員工!!一個擁抱大家,一個特別的太陽能經理人活!!"

"靠近科斯城的拉坦斯塔酒店我們非常喜歡。很受維護的設施,很多綠色,房子都很適合景色。房間是斯巴達式的,但裝飾得不錯,我們有大,小桌子,4個(塑料)子。不幸沒有子,還有一個洗衣缺,水的物(然後用子)。整個設施很乾淨,酒店也無法訪問,每處都有或電,有2個游泳池和酒店自有的海灘,不過距離150米,還要穿過很的路。海灘很大,但是入水很,沒有水,已經有麻煩了進去,但是已經設計了第二套沙袋,可以幫忙進水。吃:大餐廳有 teras,有豐富的早餐和晚餐的自助餐。這裏有東西給每個品味。服務很友好,很細,幹得不錯。特別強調我:喬治和莉亞。總是友好,總是笑一笑!特別感謝你們兩個!我們在希西斯學校度假開始的時候在那裏。酒店很有訪問,但卻在沒有時間裏起作用。游泳池裏隨時都有一個地方。動畫也有些不,晚上有點。美好是外部藝術家的表演(魔術和歌曲)的晚上我們真的很能康復。"

"這是我們經歷過的最糟糕的假期。絕對稱不上五星級。 TUI似乎完全不懂五星級飯店的標準。飲用水供應有限，晚餐時咖啡機都被蓋住了，好像咖啡短缺似的。飲料簡直糟糕透了，連所謂的大廳裡的飲料也一樣。除非你只想找一家三星級飯店，否則我絕對不推薦，因為那裡的標準就是三星級飯店。這是我最後一次選擇TUI的假期！"
