訪訪客We stayed at this venue for two nights for our trip to St. Augustine. The hotel was very clean and had been recently updated. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. We immediately felt comfortable there.
On the first day, we went to breakfast at 9:30. There were no egg products available and a couple of bits of sausage. There were NO FORKS!!! We spoke to the person who oversaw the breakfast and she apologized and said there were no forks. I complained to the front desk and they agreed to take the parking charge ($20/day) from our bill. The following day, the breakfast was fully stocked, even forks!
This hotel is a gem. Close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

訪訪客We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.
