聖奧古斯丁世界高爾夫鄉村萬麗度假酒店(World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Resort)

This was the PERFECT place to stay for our time in the area. The room was beautiful, the check-in process was extremely smooth (thanks to Sasha who was absolutely DELIGHTFUL, plus she upgraded our room at no extra charge…truly amazing!), and the hotel staff are all super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back at some point and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it with the highest praises.

For the exuberant price that I paid for one night due to a gymnastics competition I paid for convenience but will not stay here again. The night I stayed there was a wedding reception being held in the main lobby and many of the attendees must have been staying on my floor. The slamming of the bedroom doors, underwear in the ice vending machine and screaming and yelling all night did not help. The front desk associate while checking in was very rude and he raced through my check in without asking for my rewards number. There was hair all over my pillows and sheet and the bath tub floor was dirty. Also the mattress was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The next morning the breakfast buffet that was an additional charge was not the greatest. The scrambled eggs were cold, the bagels were hard, and there was never anyone a the front so customers were just walking around looking for where to pay so they could sit down. As stated before, you would think that in a large hotel such as this and for the price you pay it would be nicer and more accommodating but unfortunately that is not what I saw or received.

The hotel was nice and front desk people were friendly. Only issue, when I booked it said $10/ day for parking but I got charge $12/day. I don’t know if there parking fee just went up. But the hotel is 25 minutes from down town st Augustine. A lot of other hotels in that area offer free parking.

For the money it appears to need a renovation. carpets were torn and the bathroom was dirty. not impressed. we were really looking forward to staying there. staff was very nice however

Tiniest beds we’ve ever slept in while visiting at a resort. Not very clean or up to date.
