Heaven Our dream come through! An incredible place, exceeded our expectations on every level. The staff were so polite, so professional, offering an amazing level of service with a permanent smile on their faces. The food was incredibly tasty: each meal was tastier than the last and so varied. They will cook you whatever you want! Great price, very competitive in terms of other restaurants. The chef is really, really good! I loved his cooking and his chicken dinner with mashed potatoes was just delicious. The view from our bedrooms surpassed our imagination; overlooking the Indian Ocean and the constant sound of the waves. Accommodation is fantastic! Ideally located on the Indian Ocean, very secluded, like a private beach; and right on the beach! It is a very quiet, sandy beach and very few tourists, just not busy. Extremely quiet! Great for walks and surfer’s paradise. The waves are not that high. Turtles swim by in the afternoon. Just a few restaurants on the beach. Although very secluded and luxurious it was conveniently located: tuk tuk at the front of the hotel, jump on the local bus; better than any roller coaster ride! There are other restaurants around and the local town with a few shops is about two stops away or within walking distance. Can get the bus to Galle 30 mins away. This was ideal especially after travelling around Sri Lanka - we wanted a week of luxury at a reasonable price - and a chill out time. This hotel exceeded our expectations!

Worst Experience on our special day. This hotel is never recommending for wedding functions because we have recent unpleasant experience with Hotel Kabalana. We had to face many difficulties from beginning. We made the reservation 2 months prior to the function day by paying their requested advance and after making the reservation we received calls twice a week by asking how much is the pack and when we paid the full payment even we have informed earlier them when we will come to make final payment and their agreement also have mentioned like fullpayment need to be make prior to 14 days of the event. Specially on function day the whole AC system was not worked in wedding hall and changing room too from beginning to end of the event. We asked to management to fix it several time and they didn't response (Specially that lady who is calling manager there). We are very disappointed with the service received from this hotel. Don't waste your money and special days with this hotel.

Exciting experience. Our stay was amazing. This place has a very different vibe. Super comfortable, great view and pool. Amazing service and friendly staff. Highly recommend this for a relaxing family holiday.

Были в этом отеле в 2019 году с семьей. Очень понравилось. В этом году решили вернуться снова и не ошиблись. Отель заметно преобразился: сделан новый ремонт, обновлен холл, у чистого прозрачного бассейна стоят новые лежаки. Появились столики и скамеечки. Красота, чистота и уют везде))) На территории много цветов и зелени!!! И попугайчики тут живут, как и в 2019 году. У нас был номер с видом на море)) Красота!!! В стоимость номера был включен полупансион: завтрак и ужин. Накормили очень вкусно, а главное большие порции с красивым оформлением. Видно, что приготовлено с душой!) На всей территории работает wi-fi бесплатно. Скорость хорошая, даже удалось немного поработать. Персонал очень приветливый, доброжелательный, улыбчивый! Реагирует мгновенно на любую просьбу! Даже удалось пообщаться с хозяином. Он сделал нам хорошую скидку за повторный визит! Спасибо огромное за 2 дня нашего пребывания!)) Будем смело рекомендовать ваш отель в России) И с удовольствием вернемся к вам снова в следующий раз!)))

La serveuse Pawani est très professionnel,elle était vraiment au petit soin , Nous avons pris nos petits déjeuner pour 7€cest vraiment un régal, le restaurant propose aussi des plats a la carte ,le prix est vraiment abordable . Je recommande cet hôtel nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable.

Amazing service provided by Hotel Kabalana Staff. Specially Nimmi And Wasantha helped us a lot. This place is highly recommended. Love to visit this place again with friends and to spend a night and have fun.

It was a so nice experience. Working with them was so easy.Food and beverages were so perfect and more than we expected.Staff was so helpful.Honeymoon room which was given complimentary was spacious and privacy is well preserved.

I had May wedding ceremony in this location. The hotel provided full support on that day. Very nice location with a sea front . good service provided . Nice and quiet place to stay. Highly recommended for stay.
