還行吧，環境還可以，停車也方便，看起來也挺乾淨，就是水有一點味道，好像沒有處理過，比較鹹，希望能改進一下！給其他朋友訂的

Our stay at the hotel was short, for several hours, as we left for the airport at dawn. In general, everything was good, check-in was smooth, and the free airport shuttle service was wonderful.

Gym needs upgrade and sanitary fixtures need some maintenance. Some shower curtains would also be nice.

We came here as a syrian group because we are travelling soon and because of their racism they neglected us and didnt serve us as they do to their regular customers and their food was old and not tastey at all no one ate it, they gave us some rooms with broken hair dryers and none working heaters Plus they didnt respond to our requests when we called them to come clean the rooms And because no one came to change the bags for the garbage bins we placed them infront of our doors and now the whole floor is filled with garbage bins no one came to collect it since yesterday This hotel is very bad we wont come back again shame on them

Hotel is small, rooms are small. It's more like a business suitable hotel. Staff are friendly (most of them). Pool is medium size, no kids area of kids pool. Hotel is close to the mall and a variety of restaurants and coffeeshops. No view from our room, not sure about other rooms though.

Free shuttle service, nice lobby and room, but the swimming pool wasn’t open

Thank you for the team, but a special thanks for Malay from reception for her great hospitality and professionalism in solving the problems, she is very skilled, friendly, elegant, professional, and more . I would rate Malay 10 out of 5 for her wonderful hospitality. And I recommend to train other girl ( who did my check in) how to behave and attitude with guests.

Great staff especially the shuttle driver! Clean facility

Everything was perfect except for the location, too far from everything. However the facility itself is 5 star worthy

The hotel was very clean and neat. Hotel staff were very professional and friendly. The shuttle service provided by the hotel to travel back and forth to the airport was very convenient and the fact the hotel has a shuttle desk just outside area at airport once you pickup luggage and exit makes things very easy for arriving passengers to beirut. Had a very good experience staying at the lancaster tamar hotel.

The staff were all very professional and polite. The hotel has a desk at the airport just outside when you pickup your luggage and exit which is very convenient. Just make sure to contact hotel with your arrival time before your trip so they can have the hotel van ready to take you to the hotel. The gym was under renovation at the time of visit so I did not have the opportunity to use it. There are a couple of malls within walking distance of the hotel and some restaurants close by. The room was very clean, neat and very quiet. If you need a hotel close to the airport thus is a good place to stay and the complimentary hotel shuttle service they offer is a great perk.
