我們拿到的房間聞起來像是有人在裏面吸過煙。我要求換房可是沒有其他的空房了。前台的人不能更友好和愧疚了。他們扣掉了房費的40%，並且早上給我們換了一間房。第二間房的空調壞了，但我太累了不想去抱怨了。費用相當便宜，房間的裝飾也是如此。我猜你也只能獲得你所支付的那麼多。它們都很陳舊了，需要一次徹底的革新。傢具看起來很老，房間的安排布置很奇怪。管理部門需要維修剝離的牆紙，並買入一些平板電視。

While I was staying at this hotel, I read in the local newspaper that the local government has acquired the property and will convert it into low-income housing. I stayed at the hotel for four nights, which is long enough to see strengths and weaknesses that may not be obvious during a quick one night stay. Here are the strengths: my room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located on busy Route 9, but my room was quiet and I got a good night’s sleep. Here are weaknesses: they’ve stopped cleaning rooms except when new guests check in. It would have been nice to be offered a fresh set of towels after a couple days, or empty the waste baskets during my longer stay. The few employees on premises were friendly, but the hotel is extremely understaffed. I rarely saw another person during my four days. I’m guessing one staff person multitasks for front desk, housekeeping etc. The breakfast bar is pretty worthless, with a few prepackaged muffins and tiny yogurts.

Staff was friendly, while making reservations and while staying there. The price can't be beat and the hotel is in a safe area with stores such as Target, Whole Foods. Also, there are many other hotels. The hotel was 15 minutes drive to UMass Amherst,convenient for orientation. Only downside, There were a few signs that such and such "is out of order", Basic amenities, rooms were clean and everything was working in the room. Fine for a 2 night stay.

I just stayed here twice in a week and am overall pleased with this hotel. Bear in mind that this IS a Budget hotel so ones expectations have to be a bit tempered. To only pay 90 dollars (Including Tax) to rest your head on a comfortable bed in a clean room is a good deal. The location is also a plus as you are right next to a variety of shopping and restaurants. The breakfast is extremely limited but you can always treat yourself to the "The Stable" across the street with the money that you save here!

The staff is friendly and very patient, as I was always in and out. Life has its ebb's and flows and the pool was my favorite place to unwind. Very clean and staff were always busy. A fair amount of brkfst items (not hot) of course due to the pandemic situation. House keeping was wonderful with making sure I had enough towels. After being in many hotels this past year due to displacement this was the BEST! My room was large as well as the bathroom, and had wood floors, which to us is a bonus! The rate we paid was cheaper then the rest of the are, yet had the best accommodations. Thank you for treating us during this trying time with compassion and respect. We will definitely be coming back here.
