多特蒙德鳳凰河希爾頓歡朋酒店(Hampton by Hilton Dortmund Phoenix See)

Das Zimmer und das Bad haben uns gut gefallen - sehr sauber. In den Zimmern zur Straßenseite ist es halt etwas lauter. Da wir keine Betten mit nur einer breiten Matratze und einer breiten Bettdecke mögen, haben wir uns für ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten entschieden, die jeweils 120cm breit waren. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber ohne Highligts. Zwei Kaffeeautomaten sind zu wenig für die vielen Gäste Der Phoenixsee mit Restaurants, Cafes … liegt nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt.

Gutes Hotel das nah an der U-Bahn und dem Bahnhof Hörde liegt. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren am Wochenende für ein Fußball Spiel hier, die Nähe zum Stadion passt. Ein Großteil der Gäste war für das Spiel dort. Frühstück ist gut und für jeden was dabei. Auch warme vegetarische Speisen vorhanden (Pfannengemüse, veget. Hackbällchen). Kaffee schmeckt. Unbedingt frische Waffeln vom Waffeleisen probieren. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Nach vorne zur Straße raus bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig und gut isoliert. Geöffnet wäre es mir zum schlafen zu laut. Dann lieber nach hinten raus buchen. Die Matratze im Bett war hart. Badezimmer sauber, große Dusche, nur ein Haken für Handtücher vorhanden. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

We had a great stay at this hotel during the first weekend of May. The room was very nice and although it faced the street it was very quiet during the night. The bed was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful and helped me to find a good and relatively cheap parking spot (at the P+R for 4 euros/day) near the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The location of the hotel is also very nice, close to the Phoenix see and shops.

Very clean and a good night’s sleep. Further to other reviews about parking, it’s worth noting that the hotel is well connected by rail. These days I always check the mattresses in hotels and I am happy to say the mattress here was immaculate, so I thank the cleaning team for vacuuming them etc.

This was our second stay - the hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are great. Breakfast is buffet style and the offerings range from hot breakfast to cereals to typical German and international dishes. There's plenty seating available even during busy times. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own parking garage and as last year we ended up parking in a parking garage in town. The car was safe there, but it is about a 10 minute walk. The hotel has a designated parking garage which we were unable to locate due to building work/road work in the area. Much of the area around the hotel is restricted or "no parking", so be aware that you may get ticketed if you leave your vehicle unattended. The hotel gives easy access to the Phoenix See (Lake) with its restaurants, sculptures, and a few shops.

On arrival the manager was really attentive and explained everything to us, about the parking, where to put our bicycles for safe keeping etc.. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, seemed newly renovated. Location is great for the Phoenix Lake. Excellent breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for one night in this comfortable, modern, hotel. Our room was clean, large enough, well-appointed and silent. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Also breakfast was good with a decent selection of food and drinks. A nice touch was also the complimentary fruit at reception. The hotel is easy to reach by public transport with a short walk from the nearest metro-station. Reaching Dortmund city center from the hotel by public transport takes about 20mins.

Nice hotell, good beds (but only one pillow per person…). Would like to have a fridge in the room. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Some cocktails in the bar would be nice. Overall a nice stay.
