黑格斯敦舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites Hagerstown)

The basement is where the pet rooms are. The upstairs of the hotel seems well maintained and clean but when you get down to the basement the wall paper in the hall is torn and things are not well maintained. The room was dirty. Someones fake nails were left on the floor. We had to clean the up so our dog wouldnt eat them. Ceiling tiles were damaged from water leaks, mold in the bathroom. Ruat on all the ficturwz and lights. Pet fur everywhere. My allergies were out of control with all the mold and pet fur. We have a nonshedding dog because of my allergies.

There were hairs in the sink and shower, the treadmill and elliptical in the fitness room were broken, the hot water heater was apparently inoperative, and the "breakfast" was sugary cereals and waffles with no fresh fruit beyond oranges. Not even an apple. On the positive side the desk clerk was polite and professional.

Everything was amazing there. The only thing I didn't like was I didn't have hot water for a shower the 2nd morning I was there.

Carpet and sofa had very obvious stains. Front desk clerk very rude. Family in adjoining room very noisy til well after midnight.

Nice place, large room and clean. Facility was very clean and affordable. Wish it was closer to Rte81.

Friendly service especially for checking in. Didn't like the refrigerator because someone left a sandwich in it.

They were accommodating. The pool was unfortunately closed and under maintenance. I left my watch behind in the room I stayed in and they were nice and honest about it and called me! Definitely recommend!!

The rooms were clean and spacious but the facility was not in good repair. The pool was closed. The breakfast was very poor. The bread was stale and the food did not appear fresh. The coffee was weak.

Me and my friends were in town for a funeral and the stay was perfect. We didn’t have to worry about a thing when it came to our stay. Breakfast was a nice perk. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you.
