Very good service. Breakfast is free but quality is okay. Location is excellent.

Amazing hotel in the perfect location to get around on foot. Great staff that was eager to please. Room (one bedroom suite) was beautiful. Breakfast was really good. Lots to choose from. Will be returning in the future.

I will have to say that my two night stay at this hotel was very disappointing and I will be canceling my upcoming nights that I have booked for next competition. I have so much to say - much of which I was going to explain during checkout however the lady who "checked me out" didn't even ask how our stay was. I was over it at that point and wanted to leave asap. To start, this is the loudesd hotel I have ever stayed at. Not just the kids running up and down the hotel banging on doors but the fact that I could hear every time other rooms flushed their toilets, washed their hands, etc. My room alarm clock was set for 6am but someone other then myself. This was my on sleep in day but my daughter and I were abruptly woken up at 6am and were unable to get back to sleep. The housekeepers stood outside my door for almost two hours chatting this particular morning. That night at 11PM my daughter and I had just fallen asleep after a long day when we were once again awoken, this time by someone using a carpet cleaner on the carpets in the hallway!! 11PM! Then followed by men arguing in that same area. Some of which who were staff, a manager included. I have videos of all of this with time stamps if needed. Lastly, I paid $57.50 for parking. There was ONE spot left and it was a spot so small that nobody could fit in it...that would be why it was available. It was extremally stressful. I have so much more I could add but I will leave it there. Will not stay again,

The location was ideal for our trip. It is good value, though the property is looking a little tired. Very little parking available at the front. The parking situation in downtown Halifax is very poor, so had to go with on site, underground parking ($27.60). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Advertise free breakfast, but the bacon and sausage are not free($11.50 if you want both). My comments are meant to inform, rather than to criticise. Enjoy your stay.

We stayed here for three nights. Breakfast had some vegan options, which was great. Would be great to see something like baked beans added (or at an additional price like some of the other protein sources). Vegan yogurt would be great too - but the vegan options were much better than other hotel breakfasts I've seen. Staff at the front desk (and elsewhere) was amazing, and I'd like to give a special thanks to Jithin at reception, who went above and beyond - securing a wheelchair for my mother, and helping out with getting us a cab. It really helped make the trip more enjoyable!
