漢堡酒店(The Hamburg Hotel)

I nice and friendly hotel

It is an "Ok" place to crash. The lobby has been renovated, but the rooms smell like they were all smoking rooms, but they never replaced any of the carpets. The card entry on the back doors never worked, so when we parked at an entrance near our room, we had to walk around the entire building to go in through the lobby. It was a $90 room for $350 for a Bills game.

Booked a Queen sized bed with an ADA tub. Ended up with a King sized room with the ADA tub which was a necessity for our stay. There was mold in the shower and the water pressure was not the greatest. Pictures on website are false also. Only nice places in hotel were the lobby and business desk. Noone ever cleaned the tables in the eating area, we're covered with food from the day of check in until we left. Hallways were full of garbage and used towels/linens due to no housekeeping. Very unsanitary. To get extra supplies for the room, you worried about being charged due to everything being secretive. Won't be staying there again. Will find a new hotel.

Clean and comfortable. Older hotel. Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches available for breakfast along with the standard discount hotel fare. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrible. When came back last Tuesday night, sewage in tub and toilet. Room smell was aweful. Had to move to different motel. Cost me more money. Moved to comfort inn in Hamburg. Better by not by much.

The first room that I was given smelled like cat litter it was disgusting and the second room I was given was very rundown and outdated. The shower had mold on the walls, and the room smelled very musty and old… The carpet had several snags and loose threads all over and it just needed updating.

Good hotel and location, but it was not easy to get luggage in the side doors because of all the loose rocks on the brick path to the side doors from the parking lot.

Housekeeping failed for two days to clean room and supply clean towels. Had to ask twice before action.
