漢堡港口怡思得酒店(INNSiDE Hamburg Hafen)

Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Betten waren sehr bequem. Minibar war mit Alkoholfreien Getränken inclusive, Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Parkgebühren im Hoteleigenen Parkhaus mit 28 € sind sehr hoch. Wer zu Harry Potter will, so wie wir, ist hier genau richtig, es sind gerade mal 5 min zu Fuß dort hin. Die Aussenterrasse ist super. Einziges Manko in den Zimmern fehlt eine Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen.

El hotel se encuentra algo apartado del centro a unos 20 minutos andando. En nuestro caso nos fue bien porque nos desplazamos por tren y la estación está cerca. Las instalaciones bien. El personal habla español y es muy amable. El desayuno está bien y es muy completo. Nos invitaron una consumición de bienvenida. Ha valido la pena.

Parkgebühren im Hoteleigenen Parkhaus mit 28 € viel zu hoch. 15 € wie bei anderen Hotels wäre hier ausreichend. Dies ist wie immer meine rein subjektive Meinung.

Tolles Hotel, guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Unternehmungen. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer Richtung Straße von der aber nichts zu hören war. Sollte ich nochmal kommen, hätte ich aber gerne den Blick aufs Wasser. Es gab ein leckeres Frühstücksbüffet und die Servicekräfte sind aufmerksam und nett 👍

Mijn kamer was niet schoongemaakt en rommelig… ontving een keurige kamer en een voucher voor welkomst drankje.. Niet ontbeten en door drukte geen gebruik kunnen maken van veels te kleine sauna… parking maar liefst 25 € voor 1 nacht

The room I got was towards the parking lot so it was a bit more quiet than towards the street but you could hear the trains in the distance sometimes which wasn’t too bad though. The noise that annoyed me more was the people outside and the staff because they have no carpet but imitation wood which makes it way louder. Also some staff member knocked 9am on my door aggressively even tho I pressed that button for “do not disturb” (I don’t know if I operated it correctly tho) The room is very modern and larger. A lot of space even for two people. I liked the open bathroom concept and the free drinks in the mini bar. Everything was very clean but I find it a bit poor that there is only one pillow while everything else seems more luxurious. It would also be nice to have more signs in the hallways where the elevator is. Went into the wrong direction several times because the hallway is just empty with no sign where I can get out

We were in the hotel for 2 nights. Hotel is modern, rooms are comfortable, breakfast very good, personal friendly, late check out, fitness room nice and well equipped, great dinner at the hotel restaurant... Could be improved: the cleaning. The cups in the room were not clean. One of them had a dark deposit at the bottom that I could easily remove with a humid paper. The other cup had also some rest. The last morming we found an insect in the shower, a kind of centipede.

War soweit alles ok. Sauber, Personal sehr freundlich. Was mich sehr gestört hat, war das offene Bad. Geht für mich garnicht. Wegen dem Bad würde ich nicht wieder buchen. Aber für jemanden den das nicht stört.,durchaus ok. Einen schönen Tag

Ben premium odada kaldım..Köşe ve nehir manzarası vardı..Tavsiye ederim..Odanın büyüklüğü ***et iyiydi..Her gün temizleniyordu..Mini barda soft içecekler her gün ücretsiz yenileniyordu..Odanın içerisinde internet ücretsiz ve iyi çekiyordu..Otelin çevresinde restoran ve barlar vardı..Son olarak çatıdaki restoranda bir akşam rezervasyon yapıp cam kenarında yemek yemenizi tavsiye ederim.. Kahvaltı lezzetli ama çeşit azdı..Daha çok çeşit olabilirdi..Yastıklar çok ince kullanışlı değildi..
