The hotel was as described, very clean. Very close to walk to restaurants or take the shuttle to the baseball game. I was happy with the hotel. My only problem was the site says only service animals. So I booked because I do have a small dog with his emotional service license. It had been a long 2 days of driving. Ready to unload n rest. Me my husband and my dog. The man at the desk said my dog couldn’t stay there. They take service dogs , but not ESA. I nearly cried, for real. So basically he felt sorry for me because I was dying thinking I was going to have to go outside n tell my husband we just drove from Oklahoma to Cincinnati for ball game n had no room. First he said he could suggest other hotels. I think he saw the fear n dread in my face n said he would make an exception. I assured him my dog is trained n well behaved n doesn’t even bark. Showed him his license. He said no problem, and gave us the room I had booked days before. So, long story, but just beware, lesson learned. Next time I will call and make sure what the site says is true or not. Needless to say I was very thankful for his kindness to help me.
