Good hotel for a night stay, right off route 1 and close to many restaurants.

Elevator was "being serviced" which we were not made aware of prior to check in, not a huge deal but definitely not convenient, especially for disabled folks, what if we had a wheelchair? Seriously. Excessive knocking on our door the night of checking in for no reason other then "wrong room sorry" and in the morning there was again an excessive repeated knocking on our door was the ultimate disruption to our comfort. The hotel doesnt provide don't disturb signs. Staff was "polite" enough but not exactly welcoming or customer oriented. Granted we stayed 1 night at an "extended stay" but its all we needed for our travels and we shouldn't be ostracized. Overall the room was clean enough and fine, but being repeatedly disturbed guaranteed that we will not stay here again.

The elevator was broken so we were given a room on the first floor because I cannot climb stairs due to a bad back. We were not informed that the room did not have the king sized bed we paid for nor was any refund offered.

Needs serious upgrading. Bathroom old and stained. Kitchenette area old and beat up. Television old.

PROS👍: I did enjoy my work trip. StAff was incredibly nice. The location was PERFECT. Very easy to get to from major highways. There was a Whole Foods really close..since the room had a kitchen ibwas able to shop for some things I cant get at home. Which was supwr cool. CONS👎 The floor I was dirty. I didnt realize until i spilled a small amount of water on fkoor and went to wipe ot up w dish towel from kitchen (see photo of dark spot on white towel. I HARDLY even wiped it and it turned black.......along with the bottom of my feet from walking around. The shower was DISGUSTING. I didnt even use it because it was THAT gross. There was a THICK LAYER of filth all over entire tub/shower. It is able to be scraped off amd the REAL shower color is underneath. Which is how i KNOW it wasnt just "faded." This is weeks, if not months of neglectful "cleaning." As u can see in photos somone before me actually scraped the word "EWW" onto shower wall. Although i have valve damage in my heart and athsma, I am not the type to live in fear of covid- BUT for those that are trying NOT to get it because you have health issues PLEASE make sure you do not get * Room 207*. Even though it CLEARLY states that there is cleaning and sanitizing is being done because of covid.....obviouslt NOBODY IS CHECKING UP ON CLEANING STAFF.

Straight forward. No frills for sure, including 'breakfast food'. Smell upon entering room was smoky, possibly due to exhaust vents in the ceiling. TV was extremely awkward to actually find a desired channel.

The list of issues is long - Broken shower, smelly bathroom, door wont close, electric sockets not working, and no hair dryer amongst other things. After i checked in, i was given keys to room which was already occupied with someone in the room watching tv, that was very awkward. Not again at thar hotel.

The hotel was extremely dirty, the room was dirty, falling apart, smelled like someone had been smoking in there. Walls had black spots (looked like fire damage). Curtains had holes, and towels smelled horrible!!!
