La propiedad es vieja, todo está desgastado; si llegas después de las 10 pm, parece un hotel fantasma, no hay nadie. Y ten cuidado con la limpieza del cuarto, porque se les olvida de vez en cuando. Hotel muy caro para lo que ofrece.

The suite had everything I needed. A comfortable bed, a pristine bathroom and lots of space. The variety at breakfast included fruit and healthy choices as well as goodies. The pool and grounds were great for exercise. This will be my go-to for visits to Hamilton.

Just mediocre service. We asked for towels and had to call back down again to Get them. I was confronted about payment for room even though I prepaid. Then when discussing it with the gentlemen Cole at the front desk he is basically nonchalant about mentioning it to my fiancé hours after we checked in. And saying you guys did nothing wrong and we will handle it but why did he waste my time Mentioning it to me. There was a problem with the system and the third party so we should have never been approached about it the problem was for ********** and the Hilton to handle. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Also, the room Wasn’t described as long stay and that there would be no room service at all for a two night stay. This hotel is okay but for $200 a night I wasn’t happy with what I received.

I swear there was no bedding on that king size bed. There was a loosely laid mattress pad covered by what I guess was a bedspread. There were no sheets, no blankets. The tissue box in the bathroom was empty I had a two night reservation made through **********. There was a death in my family and I had to cut may stay short. I explained my situation to the person at the front desk and she just shrugged and said no refunds for my two night reservation. I had prepaid ********** and she said I should take it with them. In summary, lousy customer service and very poorly prepared room. Never again.

Staff lied to me and delayed my check in about when my room was ready, making me miss my 4 pm appointment with loss of money. Multiple guests complained about issues as I waited for over an hour to check in. The rooms were dirty. Lots hair on towels n bedding with stains. Few limited towels n toiletries. There’s a sign on the maids cart ” don’t touch my cart cuz it belongs to kick ass Btch “. Broken furniture. Broken TV. Calls n complaints were ignored. The answer was always deferred to the next day or someone else until it’s forgotten. Don’t waste your money here. There’re plenty of other better hotels around. And if you are Asian American, definitely avoid this place because it’s ****** and you get profiled. Don’t give them any business until they change their customer service protocols. Please boycott this place.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite. Upon arrival the room was dirty, with outdated furniture and missing kitchen dishes/silverware. We had one remote for three televisions, and only four towels for an eight person stay. The carpet in the bedroom had been torn up by a pet from a previous guest. Breakfast had multiple options, but they all tasted terrible. When booking we chose “pay upon arrival”, however hours before arrival my credit card was charged the full amount without my approval or consent. After returning home I noticed my card was charged an additional $50 after check out. I called the hotel to find out why and a young man answered the phone and rudely told me it was a hold for accidentals, and would be refunded. However refused to explain why it was charged after checkout and without my consent. He would not even allow me to speak, just kept repeating himself. Needless to say we won’t be returning anytime soon.

I enjoyed my stay at the property but was disappointed with the breakfast. On the bright side, having a room with a fully equipped kitchen was a dream come true. Overall 4 1/2 stars.
