Due to a glitch in the elevator around 8pm, it insisted on my room code to ascend to my level, however my assigned room code did not work on either the elevator or the staircase door. I couldn't access my room as a result, stranded in the lobby, but I had the good fortune of meeting someone leaving the elevator who input his code for me, without which none of the floor buttons were selectable.
There was no one from LR reachable on the phone number I was texted with, nor was there any phone number listed on the website (I have screenshot as proof), for any of of the hotels in the chain. No one at the restaurant downstairs knew how to reach them. The elevator emergency guy didn't now how to reach them. My phone was running out of juice. If not for the guest leaving and keying me upstairs, my phone would have run down and I'd have been on the street. I managed to get back in, no thanks to them, and email them. Got a response two hours after the elevator crisis. Eventually they sent someone to look at the elevator and contacted me. No offer of any reparations.
