Staff was kind and welcoming, directed us to fun things to do in the area. Smiling and warm. One thing we wished that could have been accommodated was a late check out, we arrived late the night before our stay and they were unable to do a late check out for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Rest of building was very nice. Overall great stay.

The staff was extremely informative and helpful. The complex was very clean. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen at any hotel. I loved the shuttle bus. It was the best hotel I have ever stayed. I have nothing negative to report. I appreciate the stay! Thank you!

The Hampton Inn, Bar Harbor was excellent. The location was perfect - just a short walk to town and close to Acadia national park. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was amazing with fresh baked muffins and scones. I have stayed at many Hampton Inn's and this was by far the best breakfast selection and quality. The best part was the hotel staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive and committed to making sure we had a great stay and enjoyed our time in Bar Harbor. We will be back :)

It's really convenient to Acadia National Park (5 min) and all the shops & restaurants in Bar Harbor. The staff was super friendly and the property is very clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and they even made fresh cookies every afternoon!

Stayed with family for four nights renting two rooms each night at the beginning of August. Weather was beautiful but the ocean priced room we had offered very limited views. We found that there are plenty of other hotels in Bar Harbor for half the price with much more beautiful bay views. Facility overall clean but very echoey, thin inter room walls where you can hear conversations next door. Plus the miniature size pool both outdoor and indoor. The photo is very deceiving taken with elongated lenses. Misleading. Breakfast area clean, typical food selection. Nothing special. Room decor very basic. The king size room with pull out sofa bed was a disappoin**ent, very uncomfortable, stiff pull-out sofa with one pillow and not enough covers. Definitely not worth nearly $700 per room per night.

Great staff and location. The indoor and outdoor pool were small but fabulous. We were on a bottom floor and the room was very damp with no bathroom fan or dehumidifying capability. Everything was well stocked. The breakfast quality was not very high but there were a lot of breakfast options offered. The eggs, sausage, bakery items, and waffles were of low grade quality but were prepared well. The location was in walking distance to the local bike shop and right along the NP bike route to the carriage roads.

Had a great time visiting this property on a fall color tour. Great service and features. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the Mountain View from the large windows in our room. Location can’t be beat.

Every staff member was extremely professional & friendly. The decor throughout the hotel and in the rooms looked brand new and was refreshing. Nice pool and hot tubs. Love the hot tubs after a long day of hiking. Close enough to walk to the cafes & shops (about a 20 minute walk). The walk back is hilly though, FYI. Great place good breakfast with waffle irons.

I liked this Hampton Inn a lot. I must say, I didn’t do my research as far as location but thought the outside pool would have a good ocean view but there wasn’t. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. Its location was between Acadia and all the restaurants.
