HKG-Vinhomes Green Bay - Modem - Luxurious

I booked different room, cuz pictures I saw it was different room. That studio I got , it was dirty, old, hair on the floor, stinky fridge (better to not open it), dusty air conditioner, curtains with holes, used dirty slippers, armchair with many spots, ceiling with many yellow spots, half of the door to balcony is broken, very dusty floor, dirty washing machine, bedsheets was drying outside (it was such “welcome”, view on small pond (not lake as mentioned, cuz it was different side). Amenities (not mentioned that u should pay for it, gym and pool), neighbours are noisy (cuz many kids are playing in the hallway). Highly not recommended place to rent, it’s shameless to take such money and such high price for this freak show and cheating. Host was helpful with basic info but not helpful and responsible to answer clearly about this studio and why should I pay for amenities if I paid to rent the place and thought that amenities are included, but it’s additional pay (and nowhere it’s mentioned). Don’t rent this place!
