里士滿西部萬怡酒店(Courtyard Richmond West)

Very nice hotel and I have a very nice weekend here!

Very spacious and I love the master plan which looks like a condo make it feels like home.

Price gouged for grad weekend. Nice basic motel, no issues, but 3x room night normal rate. I accepted that price, I know and I needed the room, but sheesh!!

We didn’t have housekeeping all 5 nights after requesting it multiple times. Although, it’s a pet friendly hotel and despite all the cleaning requests, it was never communicated that some housekeepers are afraid of dogs so you have to coordinate walking your dog when the housekeepers come. I told them I wish they just told us this upon checking in to prevent all the confusion. But either way it wasn’t even that clean before we checked in, that was just the icing on the cake.

It was pretty good. I didn’t spend too much time in the room but when I did it was nice. Wish I would’ve noticed the hidden mini fridge at first but I did get to use it. Check in was fast and convenient. All hotel staff I did meet were great. I liked the balcony and the super comfy bed. I will probably stay again at a courtyard

My stay was adequate. I had higher expectations for a Marriott property. The couch was extremely worn, reminded me of something I would see on the side of the road. Room had several flying nats in the room which was surprising considering it was so cold.

The booking said breakfast is free but the email said I have to pay. That is bad communication at best and bad contracting otherwise. Lobby was smart, the room and decor dated and musty.

I loved my room. It was spacious and cozy. The rooms are a bit dated as far as amenities but overall very cozy and made for a comfortable stay. Wasn't a fan of the Bistro Restaurant. Good concept but not great food. It will work if you're desperate but it's extremely overpriced for frozen food that you heat up in a microwave or toaster oven.
