There was not a room with two beds as we’d reserved upon arrival. A gentleman had to “release” one Upon arrival to room there was no toilet paper and they wanted us to come to desk to pick some up Blinds would not close completely Telephone would not work Hairdryer bag was found to be empty after getting out of shower and “housekeeping isn’t here yet” was response from front desk The property was clean and very appealing visibly but there were too many problems for me to have an enjoyable experience. One or two issues can be explained, but too much. I will say a young lady at the desk the evening of check in had an amazing attitude and customer service skills! She made the room not available tolerable and personally delivered TP to our door. However even her excellent customer service couldn’t make up for waking up to not being able to dry hair and the am front desk guy saying “I’ll have to call around”. This is NOT what I expect from the Hilton brands

We waited for over an hour for our room even though check in was at 3:00 and booked our room weeks prior. The staff seemed very unconcerned about this inconvenience. Our toilet had issues with flushing and it is clear the staff knew about the toiletry issue because the toliet lid was already half way off when we arrived. The cleaning staff did not put bags in the trash cans, stingy with towels and had the previous person's leftovers in the fridge. The AC seemed to be blowing faintly; i have a hard time sleeping in a hot room. It was such an unpleasant stay. I have never had a bad review for a hotel before but this was just that poor i couldnt help but give other people a heads up.

This was my third stay at this property. One of the reasons that it is my third stay it’s because of the great service. This property is clean. The staff is friendly. It is convenient to the interstate and to the airport. I will definitely stay here again.

Did not like set up of parking lot with the white barriers, was confusing at first. 1 staff member in particular not super friendly/provided subpar customer service (ie did not smile, did not say YOURE WELCOME when i said thank you, did not thank me for me stay when i checked out)

Restaurant is understaffed. Wait was 40 mins for breakfast. Front desk welcoming and attentive. Location is airport hotel good for the price. Not my usually Hilton Garden Inn stay.

Our car was robbed the final night of our stay along with 10 other vehicles. The window was broken and valuables were stolen. The hotel didn’t notify us until hours after the incident, and only knew about it hours later as well. What made the issue even more frustrating was an officer telling us a similar situation happened a few weeks prior at a nearby hotel. The hotel never made us aware of the crime that was close by or said anything about cars being vulnerable. Especially because we had to pay for parking( which i thought was greedy of the hotel), I thought our vehicle would be offered better security. In short the area is not safe, and the hotel intentionally tries to cover up this issue instead of being honest so guests can better protect their stay. If you do stay here, don’t come in too late in case gangs are nearby and bring your valuables inside quickly!

Coffee maker in room didn’t work. No complimentary breakfast, over priced, breakfast was terrible.

The staff was very accommodating. The restaurant was fun and the attendant was so nice. Overall no complaints just a great experience

Wasn't bad at all for its price, a bit sad the indoor hot tub wasn't working seeing as how that was one of my main reasons for selecting this hotel. But as for a place to sleep for the night to take your kid to the aquarium in the morning, 10/10.
