Staff is not prepared for cleaning, poor breakfast, room is good but the amenities is poor. Parking lot very small.

Everyone from check in to check out - including housekeeping was very nice & helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in the area & recommend it to our friends headed that way

Ever since we ditched the double tree this became our go to for anniversaries, birthday get aways or just escaping from our kids lol.

It smelled like smoke everywhere and **** in the stairwells. Floors were all slippery from people running from the pool in the hotel halls. Piles of dirty food wrappers outside of rooms. Our room smelled like mildew. Beds seemed ok but we left and didn’t stay. Went to a different hotel.

We were upgraded to a larger room with 2 couches , a chair, microwave, Mimi fridge which was great. The room just needed normal painting . Upkeep. Dirty walls a little bit. Overall very nice though

While staying at the la Quinta hotel the staff has been very kind and courteous. We have our 3 young kids with us which we were concerned would be an issue since they are kids and can be loud at times but we had no issues with the hotel. The hotel is very clean, housekeeping always knocks on the door daily to see if you need anything. I bring this up because I have had issues with this at other hotels we have stayed at. I recommend this hotel over all other hotels in Jamestown NY.
