All was good for money paid, but breakfast was a super 8 breakfast. Coffee, tea and cereal bars

Lois at the front desk makes sure the lobby is welcoming decorating with a homelike style for all holidays! N we have we been here Halloween thanksgiving Xmas a new year. This place is inviting, comfortable n that’s mostly bcuz of the staff goes out of their way to make sure ur happy! Highly recommend! Rooms look newly remodeled n freshly cleaned n ik they sanitize well, I’ve seen it when walking past a room that was being cleaned…yes I was peeking being nosy…so what! lol But seriously need a place to stay short or long term they got u

Literally had NO AMENITIES that are listed- no microwave in any rooms, no fridges, and no blow dryers. Cops there both nights BECAUSE of the owner giving refunds and not sending them

No breakfast as advertised. Housekeeping knocking on door at @ 7:30 am

The hotel itself was okay for the price. We got to the hotel somewhat late and the late were apparently no extra pillows. My husband has a bad back and needs a couple extra pillows to prop himself up on. So this was pretty unfortunate. The next morning we get our kids up for the free breakfast. And 30 minutes before it ended, the breakfast was cleared out and the only thing left was a couple packs of muffins. Nothing majorly wrong,’just some unforeseen inconveniences. The room overall was on. The ice bucket didn’t have a plastic bag in it and the bucket itself was dirty. The plastic cup provided was already opened. Just small things, but nevertheless, not completely up to what we were expecting.

No pool, musty odor in hallway and in room. Large areas of paint peeling in living space and bathroom, entry door to the room sticks, it would be difficult to open in case of an emergency. Bed was not comfortable, pillows were worse. I checked out within an hour of being there. Cheap,but no thanks.

Cleanliness wasn’t too good. Trash over flowing near entrance/exit. TV remote didn’t work. Lack of towels & washcloths.

Cockroach in our room. We checked out immediately.

As i was checking in other guests were getting refunded due to having bed bugs in their room
