哈特福德曼徹斯特萬楓酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Hartford Manchester)

We booked a king suite over a month ago on this website got to the property in the evening the staff that was on I did tell him all the info he just said YUP and handed me a keycard. When we did get to the room we opened the door to 2 beds not a king we said ok maybe a quick mistake went down and got the kid again and we were told the room we wanted was overbooked and he could do nothing for us said take it or leave it so we left and went to the Hilton next door got the room I wanted and booked it again for next year with them

The building is in good shape. Clean, good shower and water pressure. Room a bit cramped but workable. They dont clean your room unless you ask.

Always enjoy my stay with you. Chad (front desk) was great. Little disappointed neither of the washers worked and only one of the dryers. All in all above average experience

I made reservations for New Year Eve. for my family to enjoy the indoor pool, but when we arrived we were informed that the pool had electrical issues and we could not enjoy that amenity. We were boring on bed watching tv 3 days 2 nights reservation. I was very dissapointed. I did not know what to do in that situation.

I called weeks ago when I made the reservation to ask if the pool was open. They said it wouldn’t be a problem; then I get there check in; pay for the room; then they tell me oh yeah the pool is closed for maintenance! They should have respectfully called me before hand to tell me that or at least told me before I paid for the room so I could have made the choice to stay or not! But they didn’t. Also the front desk staff comes off like they are annoyed when you talk to them. The room was okay; it didn’t smell very good; good thing I brought cleaning supplies. I give it a meh.

Absolutely the most dysfunctional hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I paid for my stay in full weeks before arrival. When we arrived (late night) my son and I were told that they gave our room away to another hotel guest because something was wrong with their room. So at 1:00am, my son and I did not have a hotel to sleep in. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND NO SORT OF BASIC CARE OR CONCERN FROM”ED” WHATSOEVER.

The breakfast was e motel cheap

Good for budget one night stay…staff is friendly…indoor pool…buffet breakfast…room AC did not work, check this before you unpack
