生命之家水療酒店(Lifehouse Spa and Hotel)

Hotel was amazing and the Spa area was unreal . Had a dinner reservation and the Service was really bad. Kept having to ask for things . Items i ordered never came and servers avoided eye contact so we ended up having to wait ages to be served . Food was like warm at best. Very expensive and the costumer service was simply not there.

Loved it. When we got there all problems were sorted on the spot. Loved the gardens too.

It was a relaxing place to chill and rejuvenate.Staff were polite and helpful. Trea**ents were amazing .will definitely be returning.

Overall the hotel, its facilities (spa in particular) and the grounds in which it is located are first class.

Everything you could want from a hotel. Was like a retreat, left feeling relaxed and fulfilled.

all good apart from evening meal the room was so dark could hardly see menu or what we were eating. £18;00 for half a cauliflower

My experience was ruined by my travelling companion and when the cleaners entered my room they stole items such as a bottle of wine that I had paid a lot of money for. My slippers also went missing then the next day even though I asked them not to enter my room. They did. And then my slippers miraculously reappeared. I did not feel safe whilst I was there. Or comfortable.

Nice hotel with fine spa. Very nice garden and superfriendly hostesses. One thing that we missed is an airconditioner. There is a fan but it is very warm in the room

Amazing stay, staff we really helpful! I proposed to my then girlfriend, and the staff were super helpful in making it so special. The spa facilities are also lovely.
