Regenta度假村Sakleshpur(Regenta Resort Sakleshpur)

Very good staff and excellent hospitality at the dining. Special care taken by Sharfaraz and Shohab. The allocated food was good. The maintenance of the resort facilities was very clean and hygienic. Special dishes to remember were the shami kebab and mutton sukka.

It was a family trip and our stay was pleasant. The nice things were - activities within the resort, room service, quality of food, cleanliness in the room and service within restaurant. Special mention to Aditya Tiwari and Narayan for helping us keep our rooms clean, tidy and nice. Also, Vinothini had been extremely politte and efficient in helping us with meal services in the restaurant. One major point of improvement is the wifi connectivity and TV connection. Both were absent from the room during our entire stay and there was no resolution. Hope the management realizes this a major concern in the experience and improves it.

Absolutely amazing experience at the Regenta sakleshpur.. 1. The service is top notch, with a small waiting time though.. 2. The staff are very very friendly, special mentions to Manju, chef Zakir and the other chef, and the restaurant service staff, and the person who takes us for nature walk around the resort. 3. Food is pretty good and comes at a very affordable price.. very tasty.. 4. Water theme park is a great experience, especially for kids but also for adults.. Things to be improved- 1. Nature walk can be made more interesting, right now it is a small 10 min experience .. 2. Menu should include a platter of starters, this would be helpful for couples. 3. The musical fountain is a let down, it should be replaced with some other kind of activity such as bonfire with barbeque set-up or some adventure activity.. 4. Staff, though polite and friendly, are not very attentive.. you expect more at the restaurant..

Great stay, sakleshpur is less commercial making it more scenic. The hotel ambience is very nice, perfect place for a family Get together. Kids will love the water theme park. Food was very good and the behavior of the staff including the chefs, general manager and all employees was extremely cordial and respectful.

We stayed at Room 109. We were impressed with the amenities available at the resort. We liked the stay here. The ambience was amazing. Vipul at the reception guided us when we needed some help. Food was with top notch quality. Especially Chef Jakir Hussain treated us really well at the restaurant. He made food what my daughter asked. The food was delicious too! My daughter enjoyed well there. We shall visit again. Thank you,

Excellent location. Very good facilities for children . Nice food buffet. Both veg n non veg options available. Friendly staffs. Excellent for family stay. Kids enjoyed water theme park , swimming pool , games. New resort n well maintained.

Very nice ambiance, hospitality. Especially the water park is fun for kids, they can spend hours there without getting exhausted. Food was excellent especially their chief chef Zakir Hussain is so courteous that he offered us some special meal with great taste.. overall a lovely getaway with natural unpopulated air.

Very nice Experience it's a break from city life and staying in a clam and cool place. Kids enjoyed the theme park and activities. Rooms were comfortable over all stay was good. Hotel G.M Mr. Sarat was very kind person also was taken care nicely. Front office person Mr. vipul was very good in coordination to get the rooms Finally restaurant food was nice a bit to increase the taste in foods also waiting time takes more due full of packed guest.
