沃亞精品酒店(VOYA Boutique Hotel)

My mother and I stayed at VOYA during the New Year's festive season and want to express our appreciation to the hotel and staff for making our experience unforgettable. VOYA is not only externally stunning, but also perfectly maintained and distinguished inside. We have been to several countries, and VOYA counts as one of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had. All of our meals were great, our room was always spotless, and returning to the hotel after a long day of touring always felt like a warm welcome home. It was also my birthday during this time and I will remember the details and attention paid, forever. Thank you VOYA. I highly recommend staying here for a quieter, suburban refuge while still being in Havana. We'll be back!

From the first contact to the last Caiparinha at the bar, the staff at The Voya were awesome! Every little detail was conveyed to us prior to arriving which ensured we were fully prepared for our upcoming adventure. The front desk staff, which we liked to call the "ladies in red" were consummate hosts. Their dedication and desire to ensure our stay was perfect was most appreciated! The bar and restaurant staff were cut from the same cloth as the ladies in red, and their enthusiastic smile was always a welcome sight when returning from a long tour. The facility was recently renovated and exceptionally clean. I would definitely stay again if I ever visit Cuba again!

私達が事前にネットで調べた情報は、この国に来て殆ど間違っており、ネットは購入したのに繋がらず、ここのホテルスタッフの助けてくれなかったら、何もかも、お手上げでした。色々なお願いに何一つ嫌な顔をせず、私たちの要望を全て聞いて下さったスタッフの方に本当に感謝です。ありがとうございました。 とても小さなホテルなので、施設も大ホテルのように整っていませんが、その分、一人一人細かい所に気を配ってくれ、プールに入るとアイスを持ってきてくれたり、レストランの料理もとても目に鮮やか、美味しい。 130カ国以上旅をして、ホテルも七つ星ホテルなど行きましたが、豪華さ施設はさておき、ここのスタッフは全員、素晴らしく、やはり”ホテルは人だ!”と確信しました。

After 8 months from my first visit to VOYA I came back and was even better. I spent 4 days at this gem of a hotel. The level of staff attention and quality of rooms and facilities rival any international 5 star hotel I have experienced. In addition I found the quality and sophistication of food to be the best dining I experienced in Cuba.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We were greeted with tropical beverages and the warmest welcome ever! The decor in every area of Voya Boutique Hotel was superb. It truly is an oasis in Havana. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping made our stay extra special. I highly recommend Voya Boutique Hotel and I'm looking forward to visiting again.

We could not have selected a more perfect boutique hotel for our annual girls trip to Cuba. Everything about it is top notch, from the beautiful structure and gorgeous rooms to the impeccable service and attention. Jorge the owner greeted us daily to check on us and the entire staff waited on us hand and foot, serving us artistically crafted food and drinks, arranging rides, calling venues ahead of time, proving bikes and umbrellas, turning down our beds, leaving handwritten notes and chocolates, creating towel sculptures and talking to us about American and Cuban culture. This was not your regular five star boutique hotel. This was a special place where everyone seemed to care for us and genuinely want us to have the most amazing experience in their country. I feel honored and blessed to have the opportunity to spend time in this very special place. On our next to last day, Jorge circled back to show us before and after photos of the hotel and share with us his vision for creating a unique place in Havana for visitors from around the world. I highly recommend Voya! Bravo to the entire staff. Thank you for a beautiful stay. Sharing with all my friends and family, and I will be back!

Lo máximo en todas sus instalaciones , una experiencia en cuba de forma diferente , un lugar ubicado en un sitio que no es la h vieja , ni vedado , ni Miramar pero reúne todos los servicios que no esperas , la excelencia en el servicio , el confort y el lujo en las habitaciones , las diversas actividades que se realizan para un perfecto entretenimiento , los servicios de masaje , belleza , entre otros hacen que estes completamente relajado porq todo se soluciona. ! Que excelencia !

Una hermosa experiencia desde que ingresé al establecimiento empezando por el trato tan agradable y familiar sin perder ese toque de elegancia y discreción, seguidamente contar con el confort de sus habitaciones , la exquisitez de sus platos nacionales e internacionales acompañado de música en vivo incluso con la participación de artistas reconocidos del país en la rama del jazz y la música tradicional cubana, por supuesto lo mejor en tragos y coctelerías para acompañar estos divertidos momentos, en mi opinión una de las mejores experiencias que se pueda vivir.
