The service provided was outstanding call me early to advise my room was ready.I had a VC that went until 1-am no problem with a late checkout. my colleague left his laptop there they called me to let me know. The room was clean tidy and well appointed

We had a 2-bedroom apar**ent - very comfortable with all kitchen needs well catered for, although height challenged people might struggle with the microwave's placement. Came with a lovely sunny private courtyard, perfect for drinks and al fresco meals. Beds were great, furnishings tasteful, shower pressure strong! Ample off street parking and 2-5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Would def stay there again!

I stayed last night and it was all super comfy. But what made the night even better was the wonderful help I got from the owner when the TV wasn't getting a signal. She worked away at it, fixed it, and the night's entertainment was saved!

Beautiful well appointed and spacious studio with a really generous spa bath in the modern bathroom. King size bed was very comfortable. Loved the cane arm chairs - would book again if needing accommodation in Hawkes Bay . Only a few minutes drive until you are on the expressway into Napier .

Fantastic unit, spotlessly clean, large bathroom and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again - what a treat to be in such a comfortable motel and so close to the wineries, Te Mata Peak and the coast. Highly recommend.
