黑弗里爾旅客之家酒店(Travelodge Haverhill)

Average stay at the Travellodge. The room was quiet inside but the window wasn't well-insulated so there was a quite a bit of outside noise. The room was quite cold overnight due to the the window not being insulated. The staff were friendly though and we paid a reasonable price so overall it was an average stay.

Very clean room. Polite and helpful staff. Attentive service. Coffee and tea top ups as you walk in so no need to ask staff. Food was nice and had a wide choice. Resturant clean . Would stay again fot sure.

Another great visit to Haverhill travel lodge, friendly attentive staff, normal Manger was on annual leave her deputy was doing a great job in her absence, rooms where clean and staff where always on hand if you needed help

Cheerful and courteous staff. Easy to book in and book out. Clean room and comfortable bed and at a competitive price. Plenty of tea or coffee making facilities. Food and drinks available her too. Thoroughly recommended.

電梯壞了。周圍沒有人幫助老人和家人上樓梯。必須幫助自己。房間裡沒有空調，所以非常熱，衛生紙架壞了，鑰匙卡總是失效，所以不得不重新剪。不過，房間很乾淨，而且有充足的停車位。

阿哈山照顧我們。很棒的服務。對該地區有豐富的了解。我們剛參加完婚禮回來，可能不太容易相處。他對我和醉酒的夥伴們很有耐心和理解。好吧，一定會再住在這裡 xx

Stayed here for the night before a friends wedding. Room was lovely and clean, breakfast was exactly what we wanted to start the day and the staff were all so polite and attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Wir waren schon in einigen Travelodges und dies war definitiv eine der besten. Sehr großzügigier kostenloser Parkplatz und nettes Personal. Die Zimmer waren groß und im Travelodge-Standard eingerichtet, aber alles war im guten Zustand. Die Lage ist am Rande von Haverhill, wir waren allerdings dort um uns Cambridge anzusehen. Wir sind von dort bis zu einem P+R-Parkplatz gefahren (ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto) und dann mit dem Bus in die Stadt - sehr unproblematisch. Es gab auf Wunsch jeden Tag Service für das Zimmer (neue Handtücher / Tee+Kaffee / Leerung Mülleimer). Zusätzlich gab es in der Lobby auch noch Nachschub an Tee+Kaffee. Gleich neben der Travelodge gibt auch ein Restaurant.

Disabled rooms unsuitable for disabilities which don't require a wheelchair and very rude staff. No mobile signal. Ended up sleeping in the car beside the A14
