Wailea Ekaki - CoralTree住宅系列(Wailea Ekahi Village, a Destination by Hyatt Residence)

Place is well situated for vacationing in the Wailea area. Units are in an older condo - several of the units in adjacent buildings are in the midst of repair / remodeling. This unit in particular has had its kitchen somewhat updated, but the bath is old and a bit worn. Grout is dirty, and the door on the shower was off its tracks and unable to be moved. We reset the door as best we could and didn't worry about it. The fact that housekeeping wouldn't report this (since you should be opening the shower doors to properly clean the shower) or that the ownership wouldn't repair it immediately is why we can't say this place is somewhat less than excellent.

The units and landscaping on this property are stellar. We loved all of the tropical plants and birds. Each cluster of units feels private and non-corporate -- it spreads people out so it feels like you are among the few. The short walk to the pool and stunning beach, which are on the property itself were an added bonus. Other places required crossing a road to get to the beach, etc. You can walk a path along a series of beaches and boardwalks for miles. They provide beach chairs and towels and an outdoor shower to make it easy. We watched whales and turtles in the surf while the sun was setting. We snorkeled the reef right near their beach. The staff are amazing as well. We would definitely book again. A special shout out to Rosie in guest services who arranged a lovely 25th anniversary surprise for us.

Nice location overlooking ocean, walkable beach, multiple pools, lawns and garden with beautiful sunset views, well maintained gardens, kids friendly and yet quite, nice common area by the pool for families to sit together and enjoy food, the apartment was slightly old and carpet wasn't soft where we stayed but was clean and yet beautiful with nice layout and 2 bathrooms in a bedroom. Maui overall is expensive and we visited friends at a high end residence in Lahaina and was crazy loud. I was so glad to be back at Ekahi Village and it's peace with birds chirping in the mornings and amazing smells of flowers etc in the mornings. Overall enjoyed the stay.

the area was beautiful and the apartment was lovely. There are a few repairs that need to be made such as the shower in the master bed room the hand held leaks real bad, the lamp shades are not secure on the bedroom lamps and there needs to be instructions on how to use the television. They need to leave more creamers for the coffee with 2 people drinking coffee there wasn't nearly enough. The apartment was well stocked with dishes and such even though we did not cook it was nice to see that if we wanted to the kitchen was well equipped. A lovely place and the Golden statue outside the front door was perfect.

Our stay at Ekahi Village Destinations was beautiful. The condo was gorgeous, and the view off the balcony of the sunrise and sunset will stay with me forever.

Lovely location and amenities. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very quite and family friendly

The access to the beach and ocean view from our lanai was absolutely stunning! We will be back!

Location is excellent and checkin and out was well managed remotely. Unit is spacious and well laid out. It just needs a complete remodel. Cabinets, walls, and all finishes are really worn out. Kitchen needed more dishes. Had quite a few little bugs, but it’s the tropics and they can walk right in beneath the kitchen screen.
