I would stay and recommend this location again! It is far better than staying in the CBD, with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Just across the road there is the Beverly rooftop for a fine dinging and special occassion dress code for a special celebration. Great connection by train to Brighton and St Kilda by tram. The hotel itself was quiet for us, which was perfect. The small gym was great and we enjoyed the pool too. Overall incredible value and far better than a stay in the city is my opininon. Cheers,

We have been staying in this hotel so many times and we couldn’t not notice how deteriorated hotel is now. Cracked sinks, and furniture need refurbishing asap. Also in our stay someone hit our car at the parking, if someone could contact us regarding this that would be great.

I was not impressed with this stay. I stay at the Olson often. However , this stay was very disappointing. The staff were rude. We requested a roller bed which comes at a cost. However, the staff did not even assemble it. The room needed vacuuming. The person that brought the vacuums cleaner just stood there while I did

A nice property, excellent room 1014, nice touches and well equipped. Reception desk was friendly and helpful at all times. My luggage was thoughtfully put in the room when the room became available, however air con was not on.. therefore bags and contents were overheated when i came back to room ..

Overall a disappointing stay. Felt like we were processed on arrival rather than greeted and welcomed. No offer of bags being taken to our room. Rooms were neglected in terms of scuff marks on bedside tables and cupboards, damaged bedside lampshades and dirty windows. Thin, small bath-towels and no bathrobes, poor layout of bathroom with no shelves/bench space for shavers, hairdryer etc, and no hooks for clothes. On the upside, comfortable beds & pillows and quality bed linen.
