淑女灣度假村(Lady Bay Hotel)

Not enough towels supplied and $10 each is extra ridiculous. Why provide a coffee machine and then not supply the pods complimentary? The pool is open until 10 pm with no lights, and severe safety concerns. The hotel was nice but all these inconveniences did not justifybrhe cost. No oppertunity to purchase breakfast as Monday public holiday The digital door key did not work so had to leave our 21st party at a different venue party to check in to the hotel before staff left to ensure access to the room. Not enough product in the bathroom ie soaps, shampoos.

The restaurant was so dark and cold we had to use the torch 🔦 on our phone to see the menu and our food to be able to eat. There is a $50 charge to get your room serviced / cleaned, I asked if they expected me to empty the bins and was told yes or pay $50, after complaining that there was no mention of this charge when I booked the room they agreed to empty the bins. I stayed at this hotel over ten years ago and a fire door near our room would not close because it was damaged, the same door still won’t close because it is still damaged.

The excellent view is great. Rooms are noisy (could hear banging, flushing down toilets, one has to buy coffee pods. Not a great choice of menu. Available food tastes poor. Wouldn’t go back again and not recommend. Staff on the reception unfriendly with no greeting at all.

Our stay was amazing hubby played some golf and then we had a couples day spa !! Bruce and Elizabeth were amazing highly recommend them both were so friendly and the massages were awesome!!!

Absolutely loved this place! Wish we could have stayed longer. And we aren’t golfers!! Loved the views, unit was in great shape, easy after hours check in.

no room service was available their policy of daily room service was changed from last year and we wernt informed and no clear info in the booking or room details we did enjoy our holiday though

Very nice looking property. Kangaroo come visit the golf course at night very peaceful. Pool is a bit cold and seems like an after thought for getting from top level but it work fine for us.
