Could not understand a word. The guy at the front desk said, and he didn’t even try to make it where we could understand him. He kept saying that my card wouldn’t work which made absolutely no sense because I paid for the room months ago we literally had to sit in the waiting room in the middle of the night for quite a while to get anything, resolved until I finally said, I was going to leave and that I was going to have to have my daughter drive us three hours home who is a high risk pregnancy right now was not happy. horrible service, horrible experience. It was not resolved until the next morning when the lady working at the front desk said that she would take care of it, and not to worry about it.
