Staff is very friendly and very helpful.. My family and I had gotten stranded in Hays,Ks due to my alternator going out on our vehicle the day of Christmas, The manager was so very kind and to work with us on a room and all that... Will deffinantly be staying there again if ever n Hays.

During the night a swarm of winged ant invaded the bathroom. We could not use the bathroom in the morning. Hundreds of winged ants. We immediately checked out. Staff did not offer to give us another room for the morning or otherwise make the inconvenience more tolerable. Breakfast was pretty poor. Food seemed to be all direird out and reheated from days before.

The hotel has declined greatly since our last stay. Granted I don’t expect much as I know it is not meant to be luxurious. However, there was a hole in the wall that was left opened, tile/wall crumbles all over the counter, floors were filthy as well as a drained bathtub, mattresses had sunken spots in the middle, and a dude living in a beat up camper in the parking lot right next to our room. I do applaud them for having a good breakfast though!

Parking lot needed a little work pet area was good next to the park they forget to tell you they charge a non-refundable pet fee everything was close for food and walking

Clean older motel. Breakfast was good lots of food choices. Our room had 2 sinks which was nice when getting ready in the morning. Friendly staff.

The bed was so soft it was like sleeping on a pillow. Turned on water to take a shower and a bunch of orangish brown stuff came out of faucet. Then the water! The two young men that checked me in and the one that checked me out. Dressed like they were homeless! The construction workers eating breakfast were dressed better. Would not recommend to other travelers.

Stayed here while driving through Hays and needed to stop for the night due to inclement weather. Room was clean, breakfast was good! Easy on and off the interstate access.

This is one of the better properties in Hays for a reasonable price. It's convenient being right off the interstate. Several places to eat within walking distance and a conveniece store too. Staff is friendly. I feel safe here which is important to me as a senior female traveling alone. I come through here several times a year and this is my go to. Good hot breakfast!!
