哈茲維尤克魯格公園阿紐度假村酒店(Anew Resort Hazyview Kruger Park)

Our stay was horrible right from the start. The only thing we were aware of before going there was that the restaurant is under construction. We were suprised to see that there was a major refurbishment happening which reception didn't warn us about. Our rooms were close to the construction site, and we didn't have privacy at all. On arrival, we had to ask one of the staff members to ask the construction man to move from our window. We could also see men on the roof from our room. When I went to my daughter's room, I found a man painting the door while she was inside. How do we stay in rooms while there is work being done? The service was poor and short staffed. I understand that closing the hotel entirely for refurbishment could cost the property BUT you shouldn't open rooms where the construction is happening. We were supposed to be far from that. This was horrible. We only had towels for swimming for o e day and the following day we were told there are no more towels because people don't return them "please use the bath towels" we were told. We ordered drinks from the pool, it took very long to get the drinks because there was only one waiter. The glasses we used were left at the pool until the following day afternoon when we asked the same waiter to move them.

Siamo stati qui solo per una notte sulla strada per il Kruger Park. La stanza era enorme, con un salottino e anche uno spazio esterno privato. Pulizia nella norma, colazione e cena abbastanza vari. La stanza 108 però aveva diverse problematiche: lavandino che perdeva, entrambe le porte dei bagni non si chiudevano., Quindi forse ci vorrebbe un pochino di manutenzione, sembra una struttura un po' datata, ora non so se tutte le camere erano così...personale cortese e a cena hanno saputo indicarmi cosa mangiare e cosa no, essendo io celiaca.

Sono stato solo una notte con mia moglie in luna di miele per una tappa intermedia e devo dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da questa struttura: camere abbondantemente grandi con camera, salotto, due bagni e un balcone. Cena e colazione buone. Staff gentilissimo e organizzazione migliorabile ma senza particolari lacune.

Really great hotel and venue. ANEW will take this to another level. The accommodation was really good and the staff were excellent. Highly recommended. The room was superb and very clean and evidence of an upgrade.

Estive com a minha família numa viagem de férias incrível neste local! Atendimento maravilhoso, bebidas e drinks de primeira! Fomos atendidos e servidos por Moisés, Mercia Santos , Maroto, Márcia e Maicom!

L'hotel est proche du parc de Kruger et c'est sans doutes son gros point fort. Son look d'Hacienda des années '80 est tres spécial, et on ne s'atends pas à cela, c'est dépaysant certes, mais pas superbement entretenu. La piscine est déserte la plupart du temps car pas particulièrement propre et d'accès difficile. Le restaurant est propre, le personnel du soir bien plus agréable que celui du matin, et ce qui m'a le plus frappé, c'est la Manager de l'hotel qui est là pour superviser mais ne sait pas ce qui est servi au diner... Nous avions demandé un petit déjeuner emballé pour partir tôt en safari, et franchement, il était meilleur que le petit déjeuner à l'hotel... Si vous cherchez un hotel avec un bon rapport qualité/prix pour quelques nuits le temps de visiter Kruger, c'est parfait mais pas plus.

We enjoyed our visit to ANEW Hazyview. The resort had a bit of a Mexican villa feel - which wasn’t what we expected. The hotel is undergoing some remodeling, but the renovated areas are gorgeous. Our room was comfortable and clean. AC worked great. Grounds were gorgeous. Lounge area was very comfortable and we enjoyed watching the monkies from the lanai. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. BOMA supper experience was GREAT!! Seversl people on our tour had petty complaints - wanting ‘American’ standards in everything. Well, you’re not in the US - you’re in a remote and beautiful part of Africa! The location is stunning, the service is excellent, and the food (especially the BOMA) was great. The hotel isn’t perfect - but you see the potential and the dedication of the staff to provide a welcoming and safe stay is exemplary. You’ll be comfortable at the ANEW. Relax and enjoy the surroundings … my goodness, I still cannot believe I was in this fascinating corner of the world!!

The hotel's front door face is nice, but the internals are a different story. It was if the hotel was rushed into operation, and was not quite ready for a large group of people as for those of us in the Gate 1 tour. There were aspects that were nice, and then horrible deficiencies in other areas, like phone did work. Shower stall looked like it was a rush job to finish. No fire sprinklers in the ceilings (in the USA that is a serious code violation and a hotel could not open). The BOMA dinner was nice, once they got the bon fire to work. I'm just not a fan of eating in the dark. I like to see my food. The staff was nice and pleasant. Its a bit of a good-bad story. I'm sure in time this hotel will be fabulous, but at the time of my visit it was not quite there yet.

The location was ideal, near Kruger Park. The hotel was very South African, Memories of Africa with dark bedroom furniture, old faucets, big bedroom which overlooked the pool. In the same complex there were plenty of restaurants and shops.
