The room, parking and check in experience were all excellent. Breakfast was also very good. Well done RACV - never had anything other than an enjoyable stay at one of your resorts.

Members Lounge - or is it a “work from home” office?? The members lounge, as advertised, is supposedly a place for members to relax and unwind. I was excited to see that food and drinks were again being served there after the covid lockdowns. But after visiting the lounge 2 weeks in a row, I’m so disappointed to find members are now using it for business. Listening to nonstop business calls being made is so annoying. Not what I expect, or go there for- that’s for sure! Great for those who are doing it- free power/ heating/ lights/ wifi / great views. A beautiful “ work from home” arrangement. But a total turn off for other members. After raising the issue ( 2 weeks running) with staff, it was suggested I could go to Riddells Green for a drink instead. Hello! As a gold member, I don’t pay my membership to sit in Riddells Green because other members are running their business from the comfort of the Members Lounge. Other members I spoke with were also very unhappy. Why do staff and management allow this ? Surely business calls can be banned in the beautiful Members lounge, and designated to other areas. Eg the sitting area near reception, or even turn the library into a business hub during 9-5 hours if that’s the way Healesville RACV is now heading.

I enjoyed staying here with Kellie for 2 nights from Friday 28th April 2023 to Sunday 30th April 2023 I really enjoyed the Spa/Sauna. The dinner was disgusting because I ordered a Spaghetti Carbonara from the Riddell's Green on Saturday night but they gave me Gnocchi Carbonara instead so when I told the manager he was extremely rude and abusive to me because he refused to refund me. The breakfast was delicious.. Also I liked playing Boules and Pool.

As you pull up to RACV Healesville Country Club and Resort it looks beautiful, clean and modern. Riddles green is aesthetically pleasing and warm, although unfortunately this is where the clean and warm vibes ends. Our room was extremely dirty with a musky smell. The carpet was so stained it must have never been cleaned, dead moths everywhere and cobwebs in every corner of the room. Bathroom was below standard cleanliness, and should have never been signed off for guest to use. For $391.30 a night, I would expect a clean room where I can be comfortable and relax. The pool while we were staying was lap swimming only, which was abit unfortunate because it was a hot day and we wished to just relax in/by the pool. I have been to most RACV accomodations now in Victoria and the boarder, and this by far was the worst.

We have just spent 3 blissful days in the RACV Healesville. The hotel is modern and clean but the best thing of all are the staff who are without exception welcoming and friendly. Hediya, who makes the best *****ni ever, the cheerful Peter and Swapna all made our experience in the Banyalla restaurant exceptional. Our room looks out at the mountains with the morning sunrise peeping over them. The superb gym, the kangaroos grazing on the lawns at night and the local Healesville Sanctuary with koalas and platypus makes this a unexpectedly lovely stop.

The hotel is very comfortable and has great amenities. Breakfast is good also. Our son has severe food allergies and the staff were extremely accommodating to ensure he had safe, tasty food and wasn’t left hungry. The swimming pool and play areas are great for kids.

Stunning views of the mountains! The location is perfect for a day at the wineries, hiking or golf. Every single staff we came across was friendly, helpful and impeccable. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We will be back soon.

The staff seem overwhelmed, not very friendly and not consistent in housekeeping, the resort is lovely lots to do, food was pretty average and buffet breakfast poorly managed!!
