great hotel & the rooms are huge, definitely recommend.

Location: Great location near highway. Its the part of International Drive that does NOT have the crazy traffic congestion. - Room: Bed & pillow was very comfortable clean. Toilet kept flowing, took off lid & made adjustment. - not your usual Marriott, but this is Orlando & all hotels here have that little need of "TLC". Pre-Paid Breakfast: DO NOT take it! It was a Bagel & Orange Juice ONLY. They tied offering an alternative of an individual box of cereal or a yoghurt. You're better off ordering from the regular menu for a couple of $ more. The order to take to room was each in a paper cardboard box & no plates. So if not in a hurry, sit downstairs and enjoy a proper meal. They are extremely slow to make an order, so be patient. Overall: Good stay for business, couple & family.

Overall the hotel was very nice and staff was awesome! Great breakfast. But, elevator was broken. We had a lot of sports gear. Jacuzzi was not working. I got locked out by the pool for 30 min. Daughter finally came n got me in. Web site needs updating. No bar. And final recommend carpets be removed and hard flooring instead for cleanliness. But we always stay at Marriot and always happy with them! Just a little updating for the rooms would be great. Pullout was a bit uncomfortable but I guess that’s the norm. Bianca was awesome! She gave us breakfast and was super nice and professional.

Room was clean. With such a prestigious name of Marriott it would be nice to see freshen rooms with new caulk and paint from time however that aside it is in a very convenient location close to shopping and eatery.

I booked for 6 nights with my family. Room was ok, bed was comfortable, hotel was located to stores and places to eat. My only complaint - I asked on two separate days for my room to be cleaned and it was never done. First time I asked the cleaning lady in the hallway plus told the front desk. Second time, we left the room and took off the don’t disturb sign, still the room wasn’t cleaned, had to go down to front desk for clean towels.

Toilet constantly running, shower never stopped dripping and annoying. The bed felt like a slab of concrete with a sheet over it. I checked out a day early of a 3 day stay. No refund because ********** gave me a discount for paying in advance. I will never do that again, because they give you the worst room they have.

The place is a true gem. Walking distance to grocery store and the restaurants around it are really good. The place very clean and comfortable. The area around it very quite and safe.
