Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel

Spent the last 2 Valentine's Days (23 and 24) here for a few days with no regrets. Gina at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with, the rooms well kept as well as the whole Hotel. Housekeeping was on top of everything that was requested. The ****** was enjoyable even though we lost a bit. Traverse City and Suttons Bay was also conveniently enjoyed!

I wish they had a valet at hotel and they were short staffed at check in on a Friday. Bourbon 72 was the restaurant and was delicious.

The ****** is now smoke free, food overpriced and the games we liked playing were gone.

Hotel was clean and renovated. No complaints except fridge was a little noisy, but enjoyed the stay overall.

1st time staying. Quiet, convenient, ****** is much less busy than others.

The only issue I had with my stay was the very cool mini fridge that had a glass front - and the light shone through the whole night.

I love the rooms. Everything was clean. I didn’t like the check in experience. It is odd to have to give my guests name and the color and make of my vehicle

The property lacked dining options, no entertainment other than ****** games, and gaming floor hours limited.

The beds and pillows are so comfy. Love the room decor too. Front desk was very nice.
