Friendly staff and good value for the money. Not a fan of plastic shower curtains, but new and clean is a plus. Need a better grout/bleach cleaner, because the bottom of shower walls should look as new as the rest of the titles and not have mold starting when frequently cleaned after one a night's stay. Construction is inevitable, but demanding cleanliness for guests and their health should be a number one priority. I'm thankful I came down the stairs after the dust settled in the main lobby sitting area. Plastic or tarping should have been a must to avoid the dropping of blown insulation all over the mantal, furnishings and tracking down the hallway. Also concerned if there could have been asbestos or any issues with inhaling particals? If good with these conditions in your establishment, you will attract those that also don't care in trashing the room's. Make others respect your property and you can continue to make the upgrades you seem to be working on.

Had to change to the first floor. No elevator. Gentleman at the desk was very accommodating. Everyone was very friendly.

Underneath the beds were covered with lots of dust and trash from previous guests. And there was a used washcloth left in the shower.

I reserved a room with jetted tub. The complexity of trying to use it was horrible. First night couldn't get it to work. In the morning, tried again was about to give up and it randomly turned on with about a 2-3 minute delay.

Very good value, nice breakfast, fall decorations were a really nice touch. Shows care for patrons. Staff attentive and helpful. Clean rooms. I am and will be a repeat customer!

We stayed one night. Our room was clean and the service was friendly. We will not hesitate to stay again.

We never got the television to work properly, the telephone didn't ever work and there was no clock

Management and staff were very professional.There wasn’t anything that I would complain about with our stay there.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was very good. Check out staff was great. The only complaint is that you should have whoever is on staff at night checking people in carry a phone with them so people can call and just get an idea when they will be returning.
