Was suppose to be an airport hotel but far from the airport. No one on site when I arrived. Had to call a number in the dark to get the safe code. Carried bags up 2 flights of stairs. Woke up freezing in the middle of the night because bathroom window was open. $250US / night for a really awful motel. Yuck!

Easy to get to from the airport , location to a range of good restaurants and take away food stores. Bus stop right out front if you need to get around .the check in was so quick and friendly we were in relax mode before we knew it . Then we were taken back to the INT airport the next morning well and truely on time again very friendly service

This property is relatively close to the Brisbane airport. We arrived late so did not have any interaction with the staff as they locked the keys in a lockbox for us to retrieve and left before the office opened so dropped the keys in another drop box the next morning. Zero contact with staff. It is a motel with two levels (no rooms at street level) and only a small luggage lift to help you get your belongings to your room. The lift doors do not stay open so it would be very difficult for one person to hold both doors open and load the suitcases into the lift. We got only two medium suitcases and one small pack loaded each time so had to do multiple loads with our five cases. We were told to be outside at 6:35am for a ride back to the airport but the driver did not appear as arranged at 6:45am so I had to place a couple phone calls to the Manager to try to find out why we were not being picked up. He finally came running out of his home on the ground level with mumbled apologies. No hair dryer in the room and my head felt like the bed was in a decline position with my feet above the level of my head when laying down. We arrived after 8 on a Friday night and had only one option of an Italian restaurant that is a short walk up the street to get some dinner as we didn’t want any of the takeaway fast food options. Overall - I was not that happy with my property selection and would not stay there again. The room was clean and relatively large but I did not like it.

I think for the price its fine. Clean. Short courtesy ride to the airport. All the rooms are at least one floor up and there are no elevators. Just a luggage lift that is too small for oversize suitcases. The staff was nice enough to let us store the large suitcases on the ground floor. The nearby Thai restaurant was very good for dinner. The blower fan on the room aircon oscilated blowing on the bed which made sleeping a bit of a problem. We should have said something and I'm sure the manager would have fixed it.
