Chose this hotel because of proximity to my daughter. Will never stay anywhere else when in town! Greeted warmly by super friendly staff. Room spacious. Pet friendly. Quiet and clean. Great location. Excellent value for money. Stayed in Studio w/king bed. I worked for Hyatt while in college and we travel often now. We aren't super picky but we do like nice things. This stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

My room was not very clean. There was hair in the bed, on the towels folded in the bathroom, and in the tub. There was a layer of dust covering the dresser stand, on the nightstand, and on the headboard. The carpet had not been vacuumed very well either, with food crumbs by the desk.

The staff was so nice and accommodating even when I unexpectedly had to stay an extra night. Breakfast was great! They checked for allergens for me and had turkey sausage so I was able to eat well! Will definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel based on prior positive reviews as I was unfamiliar with the area I was visiting. I was not disappointed. The staff were very welcoming and the entire hotel was clean and bright. My room was perfect. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless. And the best surprise was delicious coffee the next morning. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and worried about having to go out and find a spot nearby. I didn't have to worry. The complimentary breakfast bar was awesome. Highly recommend and will stay again next time I visit family in Avon.

Great service! The friendly staff called up to our room a few minutes after check-in to make sure our room had everything we needed. Room was clean, beds were nice and comfy, extra pillows and a blanket were in the closet, and breakfast was good. It may a night away from home with little kids a positive experience!
