錢普尼斯亨洛酒店(Champneys Henlow)

This was a trip away that was really needed. I could not have picked a better place to stay. From answering my email queries to rebooting our spa treatments when I accidentally booked the wrong date, nothing was to much trouble. All the staff are professional, friendly and very quick to offer assistance. The lovely Andrew was very helpful and helped us book a return visit. Our room, the food and facilities where excellent and I'm really looking forward to returning.

I had an amazing stay here with friends. The staff were all really helpful especially Andrew who went the extra mile in making our stay a memorable one. The food was delicious. The grounds beautiful for a morning walk after breakfast. Will definitely be back for more pampering soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Champneys Henlow a few weekends ago. Was nice to see the new outdoor jacuzzi open (even if the weather wasn't ideal) - the site and grounds are beautiful and the staff made the trip special. Special mentions for Hendrick and the kitchen team for catering to our dietary requirements (including no onion and garlic), waiting staff Tommy and Sophie and Erika from the cleaning staff who was very kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spa, really enjoyed the outside area with the heated pool - the egg chairs were very relaxing. The room was overlooking the garden courtyard with a family of ducks! Andrew on the front desk made our stay - he was brilliant, very efficient and went above and beyond to make sure we understood the facilities and had a fabulous stay!

Had a wonderful night away with friends at Henlow! Andrew was absolutely wonderful and made our stay extra special with his charm and loveliness. Leaving on a cloud :-)

What a great stay we have had, from the first moment we step though the door we were greeted by Andrew who has 100% made our stay. The rooms are super comfy the food is amazing so far my favourite spa out of thw 3 I have been to, can’t not wait to come again

Andrew welcomed us to our stay with amazing humour, charisma and professionalism. This started our wholesome and enjoyable stay at this Champneys site. This Champneys resort is beautiful, the resort has so much to offer, a gorgeous walking area, the pool and facilities were lovely, clean and tidy. The food was great, tasty and delicious. Having stayed at multiple Champneys sites I must say Andrew would be a reason to come back here just as much as the actual spa would be! So nice to welcomed with a smile and laugh than the usual check in where it lacks personality.

I was apprehensive having read some of the less positive reviews. I needn’t have been concerned, my stay was excellent. Our room was well positioned, we had ducks as our neighbours in the courtyard! The facilities were clean and tidy, the pool area was spacious and despite the poolside sauna being fairly small, there was plenty of space in the changing room sauna and steam room. All of the team members we met were polite and more than happy to help. The food was delicious, we booked out breakfast slot at 0900 and were always promptly seated. Lunch was 1300 which despite being the busiest time was hassle free, we didn’t wait too long to be seated and the food came out promptly. We had dinner booked for 1930 each night and were always quickly attended to. The staff in the restaurant were excellent over the days we stayed Rosina looked after us at breakfast and lunch, she remembered us each day and was really friendly. Mo & Jay were running the restaurant at different times and made sure we had everything we needed, if we had questions they were more than happy to answer. Katie was great on our first and third night, she was friendly and polite. On our final night we were looked after by Georgia, she was excellent from the moment we arrived, she was serving somebody while we waited to be seated but assured us that someone would be with us shortly. She was exceptionally polite and seemed genuinely interested in us and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall this was a great experience.

Tatiana amazing therapist. I booked a facial with her and my skin is glowing. She was excellent and very calming and professional. I have sensitive skin and she made sure that she did not use any products that would aggravate my skin. We had a lovely conversation too.
