Eigentlich ein vernünftigen Business Hotel für eine Nacht, braucht aber etwas neue Farbe in den Fluren. Der TV auf dem Zimmer geht nicht, der Mann von der Rezeption hat sich bemüht, leider vergebens. Morgen früh kommt jemand den TV zu reparieren - dann reise ich aber schon wieder ab. Entschuldigung - keine. Entgegenkommen als kleine Entschädigung? - nichts. Minibar im Zimmer - ausgebaut! Gratis Wasser auf dem Zimmer - keins. Gratis Wasser an der Rezeption - nur einen Schluck aus dem Glas, die Flasche dürfen Sie nicht mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Aber Sie können eine Flasche aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen - kostet 6,50 €! Ein 4 Sterne Hotel? Maximal 3 Sterne. Nächstes mal suche ich mir ein anderes Hotel in Hennef.

4 Sterne für: muffiges Zimmer schwarze Fugen in der Dusche Duschwanne rutschig Frühstück: Eine große Kanne Kaffee auf dem Tisch kein Kaffeeautomat für Cappuccino etc. Brotscheiben im Beutel Brötchen nicht knusprig mickriges Käsesortiment - Supermarktware Aufschnitt - Supermarktware

We stayed here for 5 days while visiting family in Hennef. The hotel is very easy to find and has ample parking, just be sure to avoid the reserved spaces. The staff spoke good enough English to get through our stay and while we only needed help with the pillows, they were more than happy to assist with the matter. We didn’t have any food while at the hotel as we always eat outside of accommodations but they did let us order a McDonald’s Uber Eats and the driver even bought it to our hotel room ! The only thing I can criticise the hotel on is the towels: they were small, just big enough for my fiancée to wrap her hair in when she had finished washing it, certainly not big enough to fit around a human adult, I admit I am bigger than some, but it was a struggle nonetheless… next time we will bring our own. We plan on making a yearly trip to Hennef to see family and I think this hotel will continue to be our choice accommodation for the region.
