Pillows/dirty/stained, towels stained. Shower rod barely hanging up, bugs in bathroom. Front desk staff friendly but could not access extra towels etc at our late check in. I would not recommendstaying there

Stayed 2 days, bathroom was not clean. Bathroom lights were not working properly. Room was a bit smelly. Eventhough we stayed 2 night, room cleaners never showed up or cleaned the room at all. Garbage from the room was never picked up till we leave.

The rooms at this property were, to put it succinctly, dirty and unkempt. There were many repairs that needed to be made and the 2 rooms that I had were very dirty.

The towel that I was given when I stepped out of the shower was dirty. The staff was just okay.

They gave me a room that they clearly knew the heater didn't work.It had extra blankets.Its 22 out.It didn't have soap or wash cloth.I asked for another room and after argument got another one,that smelled of cigarettes.I got spray.The heater worked fine.But there was half the blankets.

I like its because it closer to shopping and dinners are very convenient, the room is clean but the fridge is making too noise could hardly sleep. I will definitely return again hahaha but please fix the fridge and want a better room next time so I can sleep hahaha
