This hotel hosted our family reunion this year. The experience was wonderful! The staff was exemplary! Shout out to the hotel event coordinator, Jewette McNeal! Shout out to the front desk staff too; AJ, Patrick, and Shamya! I didn’t get his name, but the breakfast room staff member was very personable as well. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely come back and do it again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the VIP treatment and amazing hospitality. This is possibly the cleanest hotel we ever experienced. Loved the cool bedding and the size of the room…very large. Close to many great dining options and fun destinations. We spent two restful nights and loved every minute!

The experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta McDonough was amazing from the time the reservation was booked. I needed 18 rooms for two nights to handle my football teams needs. The staff at this hotel is amazing. It is in a great location. You are walking distance to restaurants and stores. The free breakfast had enough variety to make everyone happy. The entire hotel was clean and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again.

Jewettee and her team are absolutely amazing! The customer service is top tier! Book the ballroom/conference room for any event you are having. Also ask about the group rates if you have people coming in from out of town. Jewettee will do whatever she can to help. I will definitely have my next gathering here!

This place was fantastic! I booked a business trip for the NASCAR race at Atlanta Motor Speedway. The location was not far from the track and still manageable to go into Downtown Atlanta. The staff was very accommodating for early check-ins due to landing and having to report for work right away. We had to book multiple rooms and their Director of Sales, Jewettee McNeal, was beyond amazing. She was great with communication, very accommodating, so kind and welcoming to all of us. The rooms were great! I thought it was pretty spacious and liked the desk in the room. The bathroom lighting was excellent. Also, there was a great amount of outlets for chargers. If you are visiting the area or heading to the race in September, definitely recommend the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta McDonough!

Very nice hotel outside of Atlanta. Stayed here with family for a birthday party and dinner. I really liked the fact they have onsite laundry. The pool was nice. The bathroom really nice. Would recommend this place hands down. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

I am a McDonough resident and we were having some work done our heating system so I decided to spend a night here and I am glad I did!!! This place is CLEAN! The people who work here go above and beyond and are polite and KIND!!! The breakfast was DELICIOUS for a complimentary breakfast. They had organic sugar and high quality food products and the gentlemen serving the food was hospitable and attentive. The night before I had some issues with the Netflix but the engineer on premise was very helpful and did his best to resolve the issue. They also allowed us to have a late check out so my daughter could enjoy the indoor pool that looks clean! I stayed in room 412 and I was able to see the sunrise it was gorgeous. I Highly recommend this place for your stay. I don’t typically leave reviews unless I’m impressed or disappointed. And I was defiantly impressed and had a nice stay. Thank you to the positive kind clean and attentive stay I’ve had.

Eh. Avg. room is very clean bed is comfortable. Water pressure is pathetic. And shower head is ultra low flow. Takes forever to get wet and im a small person. But the bathroom is very clean. Breakfast is avg Crazy how rates go up breakfast goes down. The staff were very nice. It’s not a bad place but for the rates they charge I would appreciate a better breakfast

My daughter has to come to this area weekly to complete her clinical hours while attend Emory getting her Nurse Practitioner license and Masters in Nursing. We have visited the tree Marriott choices in the area and this is the one she likes the best but our stay is becoming more and more difficult. I am a Platinum member, very close to Titanium and that is why we are choosing to stay at a Marriott resort and location is important for travel. Every time I come, I have to ask for an upgrade when I thought it would just be offered based on my status. This week I asked for extended stay and they told me I can only stay til 2pm when Platinum clearly says 4pm. Front desk says they don't have the availability. We have over thirty more nights in this area, as we travel from Nashville weekly and the last thing I want is confrontation with our hotel stay. The room we stay in is important because of how often we stay and sometimes the length that we stay. Extended stay is important, because she does not get off from work with her clinicals til 4:30pm and I work virtual while I wait for her to get off, then we hit the road to Nashville. She loves this hotel, I just wished we got better front desk help during our stays. We have already been here for over 15 - 20 stays.
