Spent 3 nights here celebrating my partner's 40th bday. Was absolutely perfect! The room is just stunning! The fire place just makes it extra romantic. Definitely a great place if you want to just relax and spend quality time with your better half. We would definitely go back.

Was disappointed overall with the accommodation at Hepburn at Hepburn. For $460 for a single night stay, the experience was very underwhelming. The Villa is self service, which is fine, however there was no thought put into our stay and no “personal touch” at all. The only thing that was provided were 2 small bottles of sparkling water & basic coffee & tea facilities & some popcorn. No fresh milk even - we were left small pods like you get on a plane. Also no mini bar available, which is surprising given the Villas are self contained. Unsure we agree with others view that the Villas were luxurious - we found them to be quite dated. Definitely in need of a refurb as they are far from the 5 star “luxury” that is advertised. The bed was also very hard - my partner had to sleep on the couch. A positive was the cleanliness. The accomodation is also quite a way from restaurants and we were charged $30 each way for a taxi into Daylesford to dine (less than 6km distance!!). There is no early check in or late check out available - unless you pay $40 for it. We were a little put off by the text messages reiterating the strict check in & check out times. Overall, we felt that Hepburn at Hepburn (and Daylesford as a town) are capitalising on & exploiting people wanting to escape for a quiet weekend away from the city. Won’t be returning in a hurry.

Love this place so much Review of Hepburn at Hepburn Reviewed today Hepburn @ Hepburn is a rare to find gem: tastefully decorated and as neat as a pin😃 Love the spacious spa bath, the fireplace, and the well equipped kitchen that we could cook our breakfast every morning. Didn’t go out too much as we really enjoyed having our champagne in front of the fireplace and watching free Netflix! Thx also for the little surprises such as nice coffee , T2 tea and popcorn! Thx for making our stay & anniversary a memorable one😍

we had an amazing time . everything is as addvertised. spa amazing. netflix .fire log place. bed so comfortable. staff lovely michelle who we had was just the best. we will definitely stay there again.

Check in was contactless and went to plan. Room was very clean and spacious. Spa with surround sound system was a surprise. Excellent heating. Reception staff very welcoming. Chocolates and popcorn in the welcome were delicious. Very hard to fault. Walking distance to Mineral Springs Reserve. We will return.

My daughter and I stayed at Hepburn at Hepburn for one night. Easy directions and check in with details sent to phone before arrival. The gas fire was on when we arrived which was a welcoming touch. The view out to to the bush was also nice. The spa bath in bathroom was huge and bath salts were supplied. It would have been good to see dispenser pumps toiletries in bathroom instead of the one use ,throw away plastic containers. Apart from that the unit had everything we needed plus more ,such as dishwasher , two fridges ,crockery, glasses and plunger coffee . A lovely stay . Thank you.

The fire was on when we arrived which was a welcoming touch Decor was very cosy but modern Would like to see more sustainable packaging of the toiletries.Throw away containers being used in such a beautiful space doesn’t sit well Apart from that the stay was perfect😀

This is our 4th stay. Our first was 7 years ago for our honeymoon. We enjoy this stay each time we have been able to go throughout the years. It is super peaceful. The villa itself is situated so you can feel at peace and have your own privacy. Check to check out process is smooth and very accomodating. Staff are great. You can check in and out without having to go to reception once if you prefer this. The villa is comfortable and convenient- beautiful electric fireplace, clean and modern kitchen with a small amount of goodies for your stay such as tea, coffee, hot choco, sugar, popcorn, milk and chocolates. We have come a couple of times for our anniversary and they leave cute 'Happy Anniversary" plus beautiful chocolates for us which is such a sweet touch we appreciated so much. The bathroom has a huge spa with the clearest sound system- just draw the curtains back and watch a movie from the spa! The water fall shower is lovely too. Beds are very comfortable. The area has amazing food and relaxing beautiful nature walks. Love Hepburn at Hepburn. Thankyou to all of you who make our stay so welcoming and comfortable. Absolutely stunning villa. Spotlessly clean & so cosy & comfortable. Fire was on when we arrived at the villa & was just so cosy & welcoming. Staff very accommodating when I asked only 1 hour before we arrived to put some champers in our room for our arrival & they even added a special little note for us as it was our 25th wedding anniversary!. Loved the spa & the fact we could watch & hear the tv whilst relaxing in there!. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a perfect stay.
